I wasn't able to deposit my check after signing it for mobile deposit only, so I headed to this branch to cash it and make sure it's okay that I wrote for mobile deposit. I get there as the only teller is taking a lunch break at 3:30 (they close at 5). After waiting for 5 minutes I get rudely questioned why I am there. The same lady (blonde hair) takes it upon herself to walk me through how to deposit a check like I'm 5 years old. Even after I told her that I had it taken care of. She proceeded to take the check out of my hand, violating my privacy, and wrote the amount in herself. I will never return and will be finding a new bank. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable from an employee.

Absolutely Love this branch and I’ve been going here for past 8 years. Ms. Junie vales is the best teller here; she is polite, respectful and has patience of mt. Everest. Sandy , the branch manager is amazing too.
The team here is simply the best.

March 2, 2024 The service is very bad ? I went with an appointment at 9, I arrived in 5 minutes, I told him I had an appointment and he waited 45 without him telling me anything, it seems like a lack of respect for them to arrive on time and not be punctual.

I am disabled , my apt building has coin-op laundryAfter trying 8 different stores to get quartersI was told I could only get them at my bank.So I drove to Everett Sq, paid to park, waited in line ,When teller brought up my account she changed her mind & rudely refused quarters,, "not even 1 dollar she stated" . Having no clean chlothes left I had to pay for wash dry fold service.I drove to metro credit union next day who happily gave me 3 rolls of quarters even tho I don't have an account there.This is the second time I've been treated like a 2nd class citizen, I believe its due to being on Disability.I'll have to change banks , I don't understand the hostility and rudeness towards a customer.

Great location for Santander banking services. Even with the pandemic, they are doing a great job. Parking lot at the back entrance.

I went to Santander Bank in Everett yesterday on February 15th 2019. Everybody was friendly and more than appreciative of my business. I especially would like to point out Victor. He made me feel very welcome when I walked in. He is very handsome and warm. He was the best representative for the bank. The other customer reps was just as wonderful. I would recommend the bank store to everybody. They practically give money away.
