RUN!!! If I could give zero stars I would have. I honestly hate writing reviews, but people rent function halls to make memories and if you’re looking to make a bad memory or leave a bad taste in your mouth, this would not be the place to rent! I had my daughters quinceanera there only for the simple fact that it was the only place available that would hold the amount of people we needed, and now I understand why. The owner is completely ignorant. He has you sign a contract that he doesn’t even give you a copy takes deposits of $1000 for the bar and an additional $300 for making sure you take out your Garbage , which that isnt a problem, but he neglected to tell you that the trash is blocks away from, the venue and down three flights of stairs, Don’t drag the bags. As he walks behind, you micromanaging everything you’re doing. Hands out eight brooms to my party guest demanding that the floor is swept and washed! And that I signed a contract, claiming that I would clean the hall completely. I’ve never been to a hall, where they make you wash the floors, completely absurd one of the bags, dribble rice down the three flights of stairs, and he told me I needed to sweep it, so I swept all three flights of stairs and let me tell you before we even got to the hall you should’ve seen how disgusting those stairs were and if you’ve been to this function hall, you would know exactly what I’m talking about. After two hours of cleaning and my guest helping me he wait for everyone to leave so then I could tell him to check the hall and he can proceed to give me my deposit back and he said you’re not getting your deposit. This is nowhere near clean. So I called the police. Went outside and three of my friends were outside came upstairs and had to speak to the man about my deposit and how much cleaning we all just did and that that it wasn’t right that he wasn’t giving my deposit back. By the way, we have this all on video , he just didn’t like the way I spoke to him that’s why he wasn’t giving my deposit back to me that was his excuse but in reality, he was just trying to take advantage of me. This man will take advantage of women or if somebody that’s by themselves make them clean unnecessary things and then try to take advantage by not giving their deposit back. I’ve had over 350 people at my party. There is $1000 bar tab that you need to put up he made well over $8000 if not more on the bar and got greedy over $300 cleaning deposit which was amazingly immaculate when I left. The bar is overly priced four dollars for a bottle of water $13 for a mixed drink. Mind you they have no pineapple juice no grape juice no orange juice no nothing so it’s really not even a bar ran out of water bottles. The bathrooms were working at a capacity with water all over the floor, the venue looked like it didn’t even get swept or mopped before The party even began. You can’t have handicap people attend your party because there’s no handicap assessable entrance. Be careful of what you sign and if you’re looking to get ripped off, here’s your place. My daughter was absolutely stunning Stunning of all of our decorations and hard work to put the hall together. And be your own judgment when you speak to the owner on the phone because I’m pretty sure you’ll get the same vibe that I got when I called and I should’ve went with my gut. Have a great day.

Wouldn't give any stars if it was possible. I simply called to inquire about the venue. The owner was extremley rude and arrogant in his demeanor. I asked about the restrooms available at the facility and he told me that I am asking "confusing questions". If you host an event for at least 100 people, asking about toilets shouldn't be a confusing question... He was vague when answering about table quantities and venue cost. In the end he hung up on me.

Very old looking, Needs Update, Dusty, dirty. The bathroom they tried to do an update with the hand blowers to dry your hands with wire being exposed??? DO NOT RECOMMEND! Sorry

i don’t even know where to start with the unprofessionalism of this establishment. i spent weeks trying to contact the owner before i set down my deposit, and it only got worse from that point on. i continuously tried to get into contact with the owner asking if i can see the venue and bring planners in to scope out the place. i called him multiple times, left voicemails and text messages to no avail. i’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. i may have lost $500 dollars, but no money is worth avoiding this extremely unprofessional place.

Is the 3rd. Floor of the building, has 2 floor layer great for a club style parties with VIP zone. Can fit 100 ppl easy with a space for dancing.. not sure about rates and meals plans.But is an option for your events.

Amazing spot, very friendly stuff and owner, sound system is up to a point, the owner is amazing guy and he even let us extra day to store out stuff for free, who was more than flexible for us, the lighting system was amazingly put together and everything can as set, with table cover, seating cover and center, the venue is located next to a big parking lot , so we have no issues for finding parking. The owner gave us our security deposit the same day, no issues and his venue is the cleanest, than the rest in the area, the bartender Sami and Luke was amazing, they differently are not playing around when its comes to making special drinks. Over all I gave the venue ?????????????

Unprofessional isn't even the word when talking about the venue and the owner. Unprofessional staff (don't let him trick you into paying for security when they're not even going to do their job and show up hours late when you offered to bring your own licensed, equipped, and armed team), he'll make you pay for a bartender (him and his cousin that don't even know how to do the job when you specifically offered to bring your own licensed team), unresponsive owner, especially when it comes to paying back your security deposit and a police detail that you CANNOT get when the city is building a casino, just unprofessional. On top of that, the owner is overly invasive and picks and chooses whether or not he'll host your event until the day of, and changes dates and forms of payments constantly. You would think planning your even would be stressful, try dealing with this venue and its owners.

Finding the right hall for your event is challenging. I had a great time when we had church program at Skyplex Venue. It was so perfect seat setup for our event. I would highly recommend this place for several types of event.
