I had the appointment for my kid at 2:30pm; arrived at 2:20pm and was not sat for the haircut until 3pm; so a 40min of wait for a 10min cut; they were super slow and stop the cut of the other people to check/register people in… that much wait should be specify in the website or when you call to plan ahead, because this totally messed my schedule and the time I had planned and end up picking up my other kids 30min late at daycare…and almost lost a drs appointment for my husband that I needed him to took him….

If I could give less than zero I would. I asked for.5 into a 1 fade was told over and over it will be to short. Asked for trim on top and a buzzer was used. I do a much better job for free but wanted to leave it to the “professionals”. Also made an appointment for 3 got there early 4 other 3 o clock appointments came in behind me there was only 3 stylist on. Waited over 35 mins for an appointment booked at 11 am. Never again.
