Had a great experience today. I told them the wrong size when they ordered my tires and they still kept my appointment and got me a great price on the tires I got. Joel was great.

I needed 2 tires on an emergency basis. I showed up to the Everett location without an appointment. Cristian told me if I could wait he would fit me into the schedule. He treated this working man with calm respect. Even though I was probably visibly stressed, the professional hospitality offered me by all the staff continued. When I was all set, I thanked the technician personally. I will be making an appointment for the other 2 tires soon. Thanks to Cristian and all at Everett Town Fair Tires. Leo

RUN !!!! Dude Dennis is very arrogant and don't listen to anything. Had to replace rim they ordered rim put wrong rim on my car for 1 week, wrong lug nuts and they destroyed my trunk. While taking my tire out they broke my whole rear protector that cover my wiring for my taillights and other wires. They ripped the tire out instead of taking it out. This is going to cost me. The service team as well as Dennis are terrible. Never go here again. Had to come out my pocket with a couple hundred for new piece and labor. PISSED OFF!!!!!

I got a screw in my tire and it started losing air, so I stopped by Town Fair Tire in Everett for help. Even though they were about to close, the team took me in and took great care of the tire. Everyone was very helpful, and Joel was especially accommodating and professional. I really appreciate their help and excellent service.

I've been coming to Town Fair Tire in Everett since I moved nearby a few years ago. The low-profile factory issued tires on my car have been a horrible hassle since I bought it from the dealership. But the team here has helped repair and replace flats and seal the leaks back up a dozen times. When it was time to buy new tires, they helped me replace the rims so I could get bigger tires so I can FINALLY not have constant leaks from the low-profile design - genius. I drive right over and they help right away with honest advice and price matching. Definitely happy they are nearby!

Alex is the best!! Super helpful and knowledgeable. Made the whole process super easy and helped me understand anything that was confusing. He took his time and made sure I knew all my options before I proceeded one way or another. 10/10 recommend, go see Alex for new tires!!!

Chris and Joel at the Everett MA location made sure that my tire got fixed properly and that my tire pressure sensors were all in working order. They even gave a break on the price since I'd done business with them recently. Easy to work with and made sure the job got done properly. Thanks again.
