His customer service was impeccable. Great guy all around and an asset to the company. Tommy another great guy followed up with me the next day to make sure everything went smoothly. The place is super clean, secure and I feel like my belongings are at Fort Knox with all the security and surveillance. If you rent a unit here you will not be sorry. “My experience with Shamilah Perryman at the West Roxbury facility was above and beyond for customer service and help. She was professional and compassionate to my concerns and helped me out as much as she could. I definitely would like for her to be recognized as an essential employee that would be an asset to any team. With knowing the answers to questions and if not exactly sure was able to get back to me quickly with an answer. I’ve kept that location as a storage facility for years moving between units and yes the prices have increased a lot but that is not the employees fault. They try to work with you however best they can. The facility overall and staff is awesome!”

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding customer service I received during my recent rental experience at your location at 34 Broadway, Malden, MA 02148.
On the day of my rental, I encountered a situation that required some changes to my reservation. Although I called the office just 10 minutes before closing at 5:50 PM, Ms. Yalixa answered my call promptly and listened attentively to my request. After understanding my needs, she kindly put me on hold to consult with her manager, Ms. Bonnie Aliberti. Within just a few minutes only , Ms. Yalixa came back with a perfect solution to resolve my situation.
I truly appreciate how both Ms. Yalixa and Ms. Bonnie worked together to ensure that my rental went smoothly, even at the last minute. Their professionalism, patience, and willingness to help made my rental experience an unforgettable and positive memory.

“The associates at this location were the best I’ve experienced. After my rental, I went into the store for more boxes. I heard one client, who was on the phone, ask if the lines were recorded because he wanted whomever was listening to know the associate deserved a raise. I concur.
It was 19 degrees and after doing all of the self check out in the frigid cold, the truck I was assigned wouldn’t start. Completely frustrating. Fortunately, the associate had just arrived that morning. She turned what was beginning to be terrible experience, into a good one. She made sure I had a clean, working truck, which I so appreciated.
They all work as if they are the owners. You can’t ask for more than that.”

“The store was quite intimidating at first. I was already tense for what lay ahead. My representative was Joann. She is very knowledgeable and concise with her information. I never felt like there were any surprises in the pricing, or eventual cost, which was quite fair. This representative has a great sense of humor; she really has quite a pleasant personality. She was down to earth and made everyone, including other customers in the store feel like they mattered! I will definitely use THIS U-Haul again, very soon actually. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with any rental of ANY sort. Thank you for that!”

“Negative reviews don't align with my experienceOnly criticism I have is placement of plastic trash barrel next to Customer Service entranceAllston/Brighton has vicious Rat problem - that can be verified with city 6-1-1 - it has little to do with how clean/dirty area is; that being said, there are necessary steps/interventions to control issueRats are like hybrid, steroid, small dog sized, bold & disease-ridden - be very mindful entering/exiting after darkAs I approached to toss Starbucks trash in, whole barrel shook & moved - I knew exactly what it was & warned Customer Service Staff & other customers Cardboard is literal Rat Candy, so of course they lurk around U-Haul but a steel trash barrel with a lid or even more mindful placement away from Customer Entrance would be helpful (Rats can't chew thru steel - they literally eat thru plastic barrels - this one is no exception)Staff were very helpful - Isaiah checked me in answering all questions, explaining details as well as upgrading & discounting rental - didn't catch name of man processing return but he too was very helpful & mindful of expenses- excellent Customer Service Equipment was clean & well-maintained as wellMy experience was excellent Highly recommend Brighton location”

“I rent from them all the time the staff is great they accommodate you in anyway they can It’s a rental place and they have to deal with people destroying their vehicles because their rentals and not four wheelers people abuse him them and do damage and then get upset because they don’t want to pay for the damage I’ve been renting there for years never once have I had a problem but never once have they had a problem with me bringing vehicles back with damage people get upset when they break something and don’t want to pay for it when I go there I make sure and ask for the cleanest and nicest vehicle I bring it back the same way I have never had a problem that’s the policy so are you people that are mad don’t destroy their vehicles and you won’t be charge for it it’s very simple respect their properly as if it was your own”
“My dually broke down late In the evening on a Wednesday and it wasn’t looking good as far as getting it fixed in time. Thursday morning, while I was facing possibly 2 weeks without a truck and cancelling big orders that I was depending on to pay bills and keep my business going into the next month, I called 7 enterprise truck rental locations who all said they didn’t have one ton duallys and we’re not helpful past that. When I called these guys and spoke to Nick, he immediately said he would call around and see what he could do. Within 10 minutes he called back and would have a dually ready to go that afternoon WITH the fifth wheel hitch already installed so I could attach my flatbed and finish my work until my truck was fixed. They got this truck moved 2 hours north from where it was.Luckily, I was able to find out what was wrong with my truck and locate the very hard to find part. I fixed it that Thursday night in the middle of the night and was testing it out Friday (today) on a few jobs to make sure everything was still good. Nick called to check on me, and I told him I wanted to make sure things were for sure fixed over the weekend and that I would touch base with him Monday. He was happy to do that for me even though I might not actually get the truck. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced with enterprise.Thankfully for my sake I didn’t need to get a rental in the end, at least so far, but I was looking at possibly losing my business after a particularly difficult year that couldn’t support 2 weeks without working. Nick understood how important it was and if I had not fixed my truck, that rental he got ready for me last minute would have saved my business. I can’t express enough how important people like that are when you’re a single owner small business and you have emergency problems. He will be the first one I call if I have issues again even if i’m out of the area .”
