I love ulta, but it’s SO hard to get someone to help you at this location. I had asked a rep to help me find a product and they told me they went to the back to search for it. They came back and didn’t even let me know if they found it or not. This rep helped three other people after me and even stood in the same isle I was in helping another person. I understand if they’re understaffed, but this rep didn’t even get back to me about what had I asked for. At least tell me if you found it instead of wasting my time.

I go there all the time, first of all because I love ULTRA, and second it’s most convenient for my route. I always get my foundation there , and sometimes I look for other things I need. Why I decided to write a review. Every time I want to look for something new or try something, or I ask for help….etc
I regret same second, and I keep telling myself you won’t come back here. Yesterday another slap in face form their rudeness. I’m sorry but not good costumer service , they make you feel you don’t belong there.

I wanted to give a huge shout-out to Grace who absolutely gave me the best customer service I ever experienced in my life. Nowadays people are very rude and disrespectful and of course I'm not going to call any names because I have too much respect but they know who they are. People nowadays they have attitudes wether you worked there or not, it seems like they don't know how to treat people. Grace is the absolutely perfect example of what customer service should be like , Acknowledging the customer, answering questions, helping them find what they are looking for l, and then having the customer leave with a huge smile on their face. I feel like the other people who are working there defifntly should take after grace. 🙂

1st time in there, my friend wanted to show me some makeup and etc. There were some really good products and options. But unfortunately, dealt w/ a rude Rep never returned. I don't really spend my money in places that don't value their customers. I just went to Seph and spent a lot!

I've gotten my hair done now three times by Vanessa last year! I loved that she listened to what I wanted to for my hair! However, I was looking to make a follow up with her for this up coming month, and I'm not sure if she is working there or not! Someone help me please find Vanessa again!

Edi- Jan 2025: I went into the store last night for a blow-out with Alda (after cutting my hair with her a few months ago). I was wanting to get my hair done for headshots I was getting done and everything from start to finish was amazing- again. I had Grace wash my hair and she has to be the KINDEST person I've ever met. After washing my hair, she asked if I felt my hair was clean and assured me that she could redo the wash if need be, but she really did a great job. Alda did her thing again with my blow-out. My hair doesn't hold curls well (even though it's wavy), and she put in enough product in my hair that it lasted me overnight into the next day without looking greasy or dirty and still keeping it's style.
Sept 2024: I've been coming to Ulta for a while but recently tried their salon services. After struggling to find a stylist I loved in Boston, I booked an appointment and am so glad. The online scheduling was super easy, but the real gem is Alda. She is a QUEEN with scissors! I was nervous about chopping off so much of my hair (about 8ish inches), but she exceeded all my expectations. Alda is professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. She even took the time to share product recommendations and styling tips in a way that felt genuine and informative, not pushy. As long as I live in Boston, I'll be coming to see Alda for all my hair needs.

This Ulta is the messiest, most disorganized and trashy store I've been to. People have drawn all over the inside of the store expletives over the ads. Half of the things are opened and nothing is in place. Employees looked and acted like they didn't want to be there. Recommend any other Ulta by a long shot.
