Wife and I went to Encore and drove out losers in more ways than one, as we realized we had a flat tire. I happened to pull over near Vito’s shop and the owner’s brother saw us and came over to say he could help. He took off the tire, plugged it and filled it with air so we could get on our way. He wouldn’t take any money to help us either. Just saw we needed help and took the time out of his evening to assist us. We don’t live that close to Everett but it’s very clear this shop is ran by great people who won’t take advantage of you. Thank you for your help!!!

Came here after a recommendation and so so happy I did! Throughout the past year I have had trouble with my brakes and have been in out of Jeep + Firestone. They both missed it completely! I paid tons of money, spent countless days and hours waiting for my car to get back- just to hear oh yeah nothing wrong with it “my Jeep squeals too.” Said a Jeep rep.
Vito helped me out tremendously. The second I walked in he treated me like I mattered, he taught me about what was going on with my car, and found that the clips had corroded on my brake pads. He also found a separate issue, where new brake pads from Firestone were shoved in so tight that they were causing a squeal against the rotor. He was invested, kind, caring, and knows what he’s doing with cars. I will definitely coming back to him in the future and I HIGHLY recommend him!! He made my day, my week and my year, after all the trouble I went through and I could not be more grateful!!!

Vito’s shop the best shop out there in Everette for your car needs they have professionals onsite that also provide window tints , tires etc go check them out they will take good care of your car like if it’s there Own

Was stranded in Malden and I’m about 50 miles away from home, I went to town fair tire, pepboys and woodys. come to find out Vito’s is the only shop in the area that stretches tires . Vito saved the day I thought my tire just debeaded come to find there was a chunk of medal in my tire. Vito stretched my tire and plugged it for a great price I will definitely be back if I ever need help in the area again

Hard to find a shop that knows their vehicles, is honest and fair in pricing. Highly recommend this place .. The dealership quoted me 3k to repair coolant leaks on my Porsche Macan . This place did it for a fraction and they used original parts from Porsche. They sent me videos and pictures of my vehicle as they repaired it. Drove off happy and the amount of time it took was not what the dealer said. Will come here again!
