“I needed new tires for my personal vehicle and scheduled to have my Wife bring the car by. There was a mix up on my end about how long the tire replacement and rotation would take. My Wife was a little distraught because she had our 9 month old Son with her. Castle Tire quickly mobilized a couple of their employees to handle our job and had my Wife and Son back on the road in an hour. I've been going to Castle Tire for years now and have always been very satisfied with the quality of their work, the timely manner they complete this work in, as well as their pricing. “These guys are so kind and helpful! I pulled in there because I had an issue with my car where the sunroof glass randomly exploded into pieces due to a manufacturing defect. I pulled into their shop simply asking if I could leave my car in their parking lot, because me and my wife were on the way to an NHL game at TD garden and we now needed to take an Uber bc my car wasn't safe to drive. They not only allowed me to leave my car in their parking lot until later that night, the owner also offered to cover the broken window with crash wrap for no charge! Nelson greeted me and personally, did a fast accurate assessment of the vehicle, wrote up a work order and was able to take my car in the next day.
He not only delivered the flawless repair at the cost of the appraisal from my insurance company, but he also delivered on time and with an extra special touch of auto detailing (including buffing out built up oxidation on my other head light to match the fixed one he installed in the repair).

“Three off us ladies were traveling in a rental car from out of state when our car started making a scary noise. We just happened to be in front of Sullivan tire and auto in Peabody so we pulled into the parking lot. The wonderful amazing guy named Drew came out and helped diagnose the problem. We needed a tow but the guys invited us in to call roadside, charge our phones, gave us coffee. I was in a very stressful situation I’d never been in before far from home but Drew made me feel like my dad was there helping us out. You are so lucky to have him. “Stevo installed a new AC compressor that I'd purchased online in my old '09 Chevy Malibu. The old one was grinding (bearings maybe gone) and a bypass pulley wasn't available: I didn't care about AC working so I didn't want it recharged. They were willing to do what I wanted, which was so appreciated because several other shops were unwilling: they would only install their parts, which were hundreds of dollars more expensive than the one I chose, they wanted to recharge the AC system- basically they wanted to do things their way. The car is old and I don't want to spend money to make it perfect. Stevo got me going with what I wanted, he was a good communicator, and I will definitely take my business to him again in the future. Thank you!”

“Wife and I went to Encore and drove out losers in more ways than one, as we realized we had a flat tire. I happened to pull over near Vito’s shop and the owner’s brother saw us and came over to say he could help. He took off the tire, plugged it and filled it with air so we could get on our way. He wouldn’t take any money to help us either. Just saw we needed help and took the time out of his evening to assist us. We don’t live that close to Everett but it’s very clear this shop is ran by great people who won’t take advantage of you. Thank you for your help!!!”
