Best experience ever at check-in with Warda and Claudia! Their customer service is second to none! They spent time explaining in detail about the resort, benefits of being a member, room specials and promotions, breakfast and more.I believe it’s the people that make a place memorable and these two professional ladies are making a difference with the Encore Casino and Wynn Collection.The views of the Boston Harbor are simply amazing and the rooms are spacious and elegant. Compliments to the Wynn Collection for choosing a winning team.I comfortably and highly recommend not only visiting this beautifully designed casino but also staying here!Thank you again Warda and Claudio for your great service and hospitality!

Great experience. I went in to shop in very casual/ripped clothes and was not treated any different because of it. Tina was extremely helpful and down to earth yet professional. Beautiful and unique clothing. Would absolutely reccomend.
