Just after reading some of the reviews, you don’t have to be a brain surgeon to know that they are resetting the check engine lights before they sell a vehicle. Unfortunately, a common practice with some of these used dealerships. An unsuspecting by or thinks everything is OK then after you drive the vehicle for a little while to check engine light comes back on and then you’re screwed. Always have someone plug in a portable scanner before you purchase a used vehicle. I don’t care if you have to even pay for that service. It’s well worth it this way you’ll know if they reset anything.

Timothy is a great salesman. Reason, he follows thru on what he says! I never felt pressured to purchase and he just hands you the keys —-> take it for a spin. With a few text messages and phone calls the transaction went thru smoothly and she drove away happy. It was nice to hear Tim say “ A+A wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase “ any issues bring it in and we’ll take care of it 👍🏻. A positive attitude is where it’s at for any business to succeed now days, both the owner and Tim are good peeps! Thanks Much

If they tow and break your brake lines they charge you so I don’t know if I would recommend unless forced

I had the most easy enjoyable experience with Tim the salesman I truly thought cause I had terrible credit that I would not get a affordable vehicle in or price because my hardship situation going on he did leave and balance went out his way to get the lowest price for me Worked with me on the down payment overall if you’re looking for great service people that actually care I would definitely come again to buy another vehicle in the future from Tim and persuade you to do the same.

I had a terrible experience with this dealership and strongly advise others to be cautious. They buy cars at low prices, resell them for a huge profit, and dismiss any concerns after the sale. My vehicle had multiple issues within the first 30 days, and when I tried to address them, I was met with gaslighting and delays.
The owner, Alex, is extremely rude and has no respect for customers’ time or money—his priority is maximizing profit at any cost. In the past year, my car has spent nearly 30% of the time in the shop, which is unacceptable. If you’re experiencing similar issues, I highly recommend contacting the Attorney General and seeking legal assistance as soon as possible. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. I am not the only one who has had a problem with this business. Many others.

3 weeks after purchase, there were serious problems with the car. Brought in multiple times and always had to come back because repairs were not done properly. Before my 3rd loan payment repairs included drive shaft, rear assembly, ignition coils. Each time the car was in for at least 2 days. The last time I was there Alex told me not to come back. The next day the engine light came on again and it was the head gasket. I lost a month of work and the ability to care for an elderly parent. I have no choice but to replace the engine. All of this and I've only made 4 payments. This business takes advantage of hardworking people, uses used parts, and employs techs that do not know what they are doing.

BUYER BEWARE. Bought my car here, that broke down ON THE DRIVE HOME, needed to get it towed back to them to fix. They supposedly fixed it, then Same thing happened again. After the 3rd tow in a week I demanded my money back. I was told they can not give the full amount of money back because he payed taxes on it already or some bs excuse. Spent 9000$ and only received $6200 back. This guy is a con artist and a crook.

Very happy with my car! Tim was so easy to work with. Alex paid attention to my requests for service to the car before I bought it. I am very happy with the whole process. A big shout out to Tim, he was awesome. I won’t hesitate to recommend A&A!
