At my age I have purchased a number of new cars and bar none, Alden was the best experience I have had so far. My sales rep, Justin, was professional, always communicated and was very knowlegeable. Upper management was supportive as I needed extra time to complete the deal as I came down with COVID; so they we super patient and held the truck for me. Finally, there were no games, upsells or pressures of any kind; just a straight forward, friendly and professional transaction. I highly recommend Alden!

The person who works in the parts department is extremely rude and lazy. I had to contact a different dealership to get parts because Alden’s workers didn’t wana look things up. I would never recommend going here.

I went looking for a vehicle seeing I had a car accident someone hit me totaled my car. That's when I met Dan Very Nice Guy.Dan went above and beyond for me .I love the relationship we now have. I feel like I have known Dan for years. He made me feel so Comfortable he sold me a Pretty Blue Moon Encore Gx. He took the time to go through EVERYTHING single thing in this vehicle. Explained in Great Detail i am so Grateful for Salesman like Dan. He is one of a kind . This Dealership is Great!!
