The appointment was easy to book online, the parts department was kind enough to order the parts they needed in advance (no deposit required), everything at the dealership was smooth and punctual, and there were just a lot of nice little touches. For example, the courtesy rental car they provided was the same model as my current car, so it would be easy for me to hop in without adjusting to any new systems. That felt like such a thoughtful way to go above and beyond and make the whole experience seamless. I will most definitely be back.”
“We are full-time RV-ers, Steve came to the home in Mattappoisett where our fifth wheel is set up and swapped out a tire for us in short order. He arrived precisely when he said he would, did a great job and cleaned everything up as he worked. Price is very reasonable and in line with any decent tire shop. When I initially contacted him, I left a message and he called back within about 15 minutes. Any tire issues I need in Southeast Massachusetts, he’ll be my first call. I highly recommend his services.”

“Was charged $1700 for labor on a timing belt replacement. It should be a 6-7 hr job. I provided the parts the labor should have been $800 max. Stay away if you don’t want to be ripped off.”

“You should come here to get your car inspected. Fast and easy quick service. Nice clean waiting area. Awesome customer service. I will be coming here whenever I need my car inspected and you should too, lol. They are locates in Fairhaven right off rt.6 Plenty of shopping stores and restaurants if you don't want to wait in the waiting area but you might not have time seeing this is a quick service.”
“I want to give a two thumbs up review for Rachael and her auto lot. I am an out of state buyer and flew in to get a truck from her. She made the process smooth for me, gave me great advice on how to handle the RMV.
She is direct (as am I) and I like that she appears to handle things in a straightforward manner. I highly recommend RRR Motors and while I did not get a chance to use the mechanic while there he was very knowledgeable and seemed to be on top of things. I feel like they only sell cars/trucks that they have ensured are running properly with their on-site mechanic there.”
