“Everyone at Dartmouth Collision took great care of our vehicle. It was a special situation because I had just inherited my father's vehicle after his passing and shortly after it arrived here from New Mexico, it was in a car accident. The vehicle was a 1999 4Runner and they took great care to replace all necessary parts and to match the paint to the original color on the new parts. They also added new front lights and did some extra repairs for us. The end product is amazing as it looks like a much newer vehicle. It is also operating great! As out of pocket customers, they worked to keep our costs reasonable and we are very appreciative of that as well. Thank you for a great job Dartmouth Collision Center!”

“I had an outstanding experience! I had my brakes done today during their monthly special and received $100 off! Last month they ran a special on oil changes! It is under new ownership and the service was thorough and immaculate.I dropped my vehicle off this morning and entered the wrong door. Kelly (service) at Citywide Auto Glass brought me over to the Sparks entrance where I was greeted by Rebecca (service desk) and Tony (mechanic). Eric (mechanic) called me a couple of hours later after he assessed the vehicle, informed me about what it needed and proceeded to complete the work. I received a call when rhe car was ready and when I picked it up i noticed they even went as far as vacuuming my seats!Eric, Tony, Rebecca and Kelly were fantastic! They ordered the part and we brought the car back to be fixed. Not only did they fix the car but they brought it back to bliss and had it reinspected. When we picked up the car it was all set.
