“I couldn’t be any happier with the customer service. Was greeted with a smile and asking how I was even tho I was having a rough day. Walking into a business like Fairhaven O’Reilly’s on a day I was having the other day Couldn’t get any better. I walked into O’Reilly’s to get oil for my car because I had gotten an oil change and they did not put oil in it. The assistant manager, Heather was right there to help me with every step. She also offered to put the oil in my car because she seen that I was very upset, overwhelmed and crying. There are still good people out in this world. She was vey helpful in every way. It’s hard to find a Business employee that has good customer service like her and willing to help. I just wanted it to be known that she is an amazing worker. Don’t ever let her go.
