I purchased my Mother of the Bride dress from Fatima. The dress was gorgeous but uncomfortable, scratchy, and didn’t fit well. I almost passed it up, but Fatima assured me she could transform it…and she absolutely did! Thanks to her, it fit beautifully, was comfortable all night, and I felt fabulous at my daughter’s wedding.

We also brought my daughter’s ball gown wedding dress to Fatima for alterations, and thank goodness we did. She worked wonders! She came up with an ingenious solution to keep the hoop in place, added extra bling, tailored the bodice, shorten the hem, and created a stunning 6-button bustle. She went above and beyond. Plus, her price was more reasonable than the shop where the gown was purchased!

Fatima has been sewing since she was 16, starting with men’s suits, and her decades of experience truly show. While we were in her shop, we even saw her able to fix a dress that another seamstress had ruined; Fatima is a miracle worker!
