Paige is unprofessional and speaks rudely on the phone then proceeds to speak poorly about customer after hanging up phone. Overheard her while waiting in line for 15 minutes

David Smale at the pharmacy is extremely rude and disrespectful. He made it very clear to me he doesn’t care about my business and customer service isn’t a priority to him. Reading the other reviews on here makes it very clear that I’m not the only person that has been treated poorly by this CVS Pharmacy. I highly recommend you use any other pharmacy other than CVS. I’m going to work with my doctors to switch all my prescriptions elsewhere after this horrible experience. I’m canceling my $10 a month CVS subscription. This is my third issue with this pharmacy in the last year.

Far better than they used to be. Pharmacy is better staffed, haven't seen the horribly long waits of a few years back.

Their Web site says open until 10pm. But at 1:40 in the middle of a Thursday the pharmacy...Yes the pharmacy at CVS Pharmacy store is closed. That's the last thing I expected at the pharmacy! It's literally the only thing they need to get right..and it's totally wrong. And we wonder why there's a mental health problem today.

Need more employees or at least one who is out front for quick assistance if & when needed. Self service should be optional not forced.

Worst pharmacy ever. Waited 2 weeks for prescription and they screwed up on the insurance and tried to give me 2 pills. Switching to another chain.

Even with 7 employees they refused service for post surgery prescription. They were closing for lunch in a few minutes and wouldn’t even start filling the prescription. Terrible customer service and unethical.

Inefficient, non-communicative, wait forever to find out your medication is not even there. And it's never ready when you go pick it up... EVER!!!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used. Do not use this pharmacy if you have a choice. I had to use them a few times due to an insurance issue, and every single time was a nightmare! Today being one of those times - I get a text saying my prescription is ready, I pulled up to the drive thru just after 1:00pm. Drive thru is closed so I head on inside. Of course there is a line (always) because the technicians here are utterly incompetent. So I stand in line for 15 minutes, I have one person in front of me when suddenly the entire pharmacy staff stops what they are doing and shut down the pharmacy. With a line of customers halfway up a random aisle, these people literally just stopped what they were doing at 1:20pm and the entire staff went to lunch without saying a word! Obviously not going to sit in a CVS for over an hour while the ENTIRE STAFF goes for lunch, so I wasted 15 minutes just to have to go back and do it again. I'm not mad about the wait, or them taking a lunch break, but I'm angry as heck at how they handled it. There was never a "we're going to go for lunch at this time, so we're not taking anyone else after this person in line." No apologies for having to wait so long, nothing - just the regular ignorant, rude staff acting like their customers are the biggest inconvenience in their lives.

Not only is this pharmacy a complete mess, I went to pick up a prescription the other day which of course wasn’t ready when it said it was but the girl working the register was so noticeably sick while talking with her coworker about wanted to go get tested for RSV... and not wearing a mask... I felt so uncomfortable to have to stand so close to her to pay. It’s always so unprofessional here I’ll be switching pharmacies.

Drive through is hardly ever open. They close for lunch now 1:30-2:30. The line always seems to be 10 people long at least. How is this pharmacy still open?

I really don’t know how this CVS is still open. Everyone who works here is… and I mean this in the nicest way possible… slow. There is no sense of urgency here whatsoever. Even if your prescription is “ready” (after an automated call or text) they’ll still make you wait 15-20 minutes and inform you that it’s not ready. I don’t understand why or how that’s possible. If anyone at corporate is reading this, please do a full audit on this location. They need some serious assistance with organization, staffing and customer service. There was a man sitting in the waiting area who screamed at the cashier when it was my turn to be waited on saying “I’ve been waiting here for an hour”. Even though it wasn’t his order in line, the cashier decided this loud customer was a top priority. Unbelievable. I think I need to find myself a new pharmacy.

I hope somebody from corporate reads this…I know they wont….but please get these Pharmacy employees some help! (both in terms of new hires, and maybe a shot of adrenaline) I honestly wouldn’t care if they were dipping into some controlled substances if it meant I could be served within 10 minutes, or even just greeted like a human being….but thats probably too much to ask for in this capitalist hellscape. These poor people behind the counter are obviously overworked and understaffed, so I guess at least we’re all suffering together ?
