Excellent auto repair shop! I would recommend to everyone! I will tell you my experience given the short version of a long version.
Five years ago my father was unable to drive. His car has been the “family” car. If one of us didn’t have a car or our car was getting work done my dad’s car was the one we would use. After 5 years I hadn’t needed it; however in November 2024 I did. I had done some things to the car (get new windshield, cleaned it, put anti-freeze, etc) When I was using his car I noticed that one of the headlights didn’t work. I got the parts at NAPA and YouTubed how to change it out. We’ll I didn’t get to far before I needed help. On a whim, I decided to go to Getty Fairhaven and asked if they could help me out. We’ll not ONLY did they fix the headlight, but they also made sure the car was safe to drive. There was several things that needed to get done because no one that used the car had it long enough to fix the things that needed to get fixed. I am so GLAD I decided to go there to have the car repaired. They were kind, honest, and now we have a safe car! Thank you to Fairhaven Getty Auto Repair we now are driving safe! I will always be thankful and always support you, just like you supported me!

ask for an oil change and they make sure to do everything extra they can for you. It's great. All hard-working guys who care about their customers you will see my blue bronco there every time I need a repair

Told me I need pads and rotors. Very pushy. Had brakes checked at another station. Nothing wrong with pads or rotors. I continue to buy gas here and it's great. Full service and lower price.

I highly recommend this place & I know I will be back here in the future. Great communication and transparency. They aren’t looking to make a quick buck off of you, they are honest in their work which is hard to find nowadays. Great team of people!!!

A 10 star is an understatement. If you want to deal with experts and a group who treats you more like family and not a number, you need to do business with these guys. I’ve been struggling to find parts and reasonable labor for months and the very day I went to Getty they were able to source and complete my truck (the next business day) hats off to these guys!

The gentlemen at this gas station are always willing to help and bend over backwards for their customers. Always a smile on the attendants faces and the owner always with a smile on his face and delightful conversation. No reason to ever go anywhere else!!!
