just went by to pick up a copy of super mario wonder and dave was incredibly kind and helpful, and super fun to speak to! you can tell the staff truly love video games. I’ve always had great experiences at this location ever since I was a little kid picking up games for my ds.

Well here's another negative review of the store further highlighting the pre disposition of rudeness towards customers, from the specific girl with black girl who I believe is a manager, I had a brand new pristine item and she marked everything as bad condition, and tried to offer me $100.00 until I pointed out the quote online and the non existence of any physical damages scratches or marks, made me go through my email to find it wasting all of my time, then finally adjusted the value to $285.00, after adjusting the value made me sign off on my item and scanned the visa pre paid card 30+ time's intentionally doing it incorrectly so she didn't have to pay me, then asked me "if I needed the money today?" Suggesting to take my item and not pay me, then I asked her if she could simply give me cash instead because the card wasn't working and she claimed "there isn't enough money in the drawer" then I asked her to resolve the issue with her putting the money on the card for my sold item and she extremely rudely said "cooperate says we have to close at 8pm" when she's required by law to finish the transaction and lock the doors, I explained I rode my bike 2 hours to get there, and she didn't care at all and closed the store on me spitefully. Outrageous experience that aligns with all the other reviews. Filing a lawsuit tonight

I love this game stop! Sam is great she shared her heater with me when I was freezing and my hands were discolored. She then helped me find what I was searching for.

I usually have a good experience with this store.But I recently had a package that was supposed to be delivered under my boyfriends name at one of the stores he works for in that plaza. It was never delivered. I go to this store often and never seen the item I had purchase online. Coincidentally I go to this store yesterday and found the same item I purchased on the sales floor. There was no duplicates so I know it was not part of their inventory. Anyways I had to take it as a loss and so not only did I pay the original price for this item but I had to purchase it again.FedEx stated they delivered the back age with a signature that I cannot see in the PDF. As a result I will not be getting a refund.You know when you just have a feeling about something.

Went in to see if they had a game for ps5 girl behind the counter was very nice and helped me out during check out ...I wish I had gotten her number when I was there earlier...super cute but if u see this I got madden 22 ..lol
