Was told I was approved for a credit card, have wait TWO WEEKS for it when I was promised overnight and now it was supposed to be there today, and it's lunch time and still not there! The credit card department is still part of the bank

Parking is great. Staff is friendly. Just wish they had later closing times. I felt bad racing to the bank to replace my debit cart at 4:45 when they close at 5pm.

PJ Ventura helped me set up my business banking account before leaving my branch. Also, knew his from a member in my BNI NETWORKING. I don’t not recommend him, nor do I recommend any branches. Bad business.

Nothing but positive things to say about this bank. I came here after leaving St. Anne's Credit Union and they gave me absolutely nothing but problems, headaches and a hard time. They would always lock out my account for fraudulent activity when it was always a transaction processed by me. And they're closed on weekends so you can't reach anybody through customer service. But with Rockland Trust they're open 7 days a week and customer service is always available which is very helpful because I need to be able to access my funds more on the weekends than any other time. And from the minute I walked in the door, Yasmin was answering every question I had and it was all answers I was hoping to hear. I highly recommend Rockland!
