Don't go here for help with your phone or plan. The sales associates only get paid based on phone sales so even the ones who want to help are getting nothing for it. It's unfair. Most of what they're being asked to deal with is support and they get nothing for it.Not long ago there was a great crew in here but now when I go it's a different person every time. Really hit or miss in terms of helpfulness. Honestly can't blame them. On my last visit the kid was MOKED, whole store reeked of fine kush. Pretty based but not helpful in resolving my issue. Tried to call his manager but his phone was busted. Tough to sell phones like that I imagine. Feel bad for these guys.Still, best to go elsewhere if you need in store assistance.

Worst experience ever!!!!! If I can give zero stars I would. They are more concerned with selling you things you don’t need or asked for rather than helping with the issue you came in for. Had to go to the Dartmouth location in order to get my issue fixed. I live close to this store but will definitely travel elsewhere going forward. Do not recommend going to this location ever!!!

I hope no one else has to have the same experience as me at T-Mobile in Fairhaven. I was completely conned by their associate and given a “free phone“ which she unknowingly added to my bill that she said would be $60 a month turned out to be 120 she was so kind as to add the free screen protector and case without me asking for another lease charge. All in all I was completely conned by the store and lied to by the associate I would not recommend going there to anyone I had to place a complaint with T-Mobile corporate and the Better Business Bureau to get my money back save yourself the trouble don’t go

Beware doing business here. They will tell you something is “part of the promotion” and then see all kind of hidden charges for it on your bill and then nobody will take any accountability or help you fix it.

I visited this place to switch to unlimited data, and the the crooks over there said the unlimited data cost $120 per month, so I accepted it. 4 days later, I got a bill that charged me $150! I got charged $70 for activation fees! I called the customer care and they said the computer generated my plan. The computer picked my plan, not the crooks! I went back to the store so the worker could fix my bill to $120, but I still got a $150 bill! The last customer care I called was no different than the crooks at the store! I would never let those guys do your work, and neither should you. I was frustrated with the customer care, and no I would never recommend this to anybody out there. I didn’t even have much of a reception! I went to BJ’s, and the signal was very weak there! Please, folks, do your research before you head out over there. I’ll cancel my plan later on when I find a better cell phone provider out there than this junk, and please don’t go here. I wasn’t happy with this guy at the store named Csisco, who told me he was the manager. Do not give business to this guy, unless you understand everything. Otherwise, don’t even give business to the store. I came here for the first time, and the place was empty, and a lot later, and an old lady came in.

DO NOT GET SERVICE AT TMOBILE!!!! I WISH I SAW THESE REVIEWS BEFORE BEFORE I WENT!! I went in for new service for my daughter. They advertised new service you get a free iPhone13. My daughter traded in her iphone and got a Credit of $175. When all was said and done I had to pay $600. I asked why she said because of my credit but it made no sense to her because she has horrible credit and didn't have to put anything down. Just for reference I don't have bad credit. I asked what the $600 would be applied to and was told she wasn't sure but I would get it back. I called customer service and was told that in fact the phone is not free. The store and they run different specials and I'm actually paying for the cost of the phone for 2 years. This is false advertisement and I've contacted the BBB. Do not do business with TMOBILE go to another phone company before they steal from you too!!! I wish I could leave 0 stars but I can't if I want to post this.

If there was a zero star then they would get it.. I went into this T-Mobile and as soon as a i walked in there in my gym wear I felt very judged as a young women I had asked about a why I was being charged extra a monthly that was new to the account mind you I had an old sprint account and they right if the bat said well we don’t have a lot of control over that but we can try and I said that i new my phone number for it and name on account and they eventually found it and said it was for an old charge i responded with I paid that off 2 year ago around may in 2019 or 2020 because the iPad had broke and I wasn’t paying for internet anymore and they said well this out of my hands I cant really help you and we’re very i irritated with my and they said you will have to call customer service and how they couldn’t do anything about it and I said well I’m going to work this out and I don’t believe that you can’t do anything about it and the man probably young 20s started man’s planing saying well I would be nice and calm on the phone and just try to explain what you need clearly and I was livid and said seriously and said this is ridiculous and started walking out and started chit chatting with each other and the mind 20s guy was making faces. I can’t believe this is what drove me to the edge is thay I went home and talked to customer service and it turned out that he could have done it.. thank god for the amazing lady on the customer service line. Also made sure to make a complaint to the supervisor

Male employee was weird and had a rude attitude problem.. did not have any knowledge of a promotion and did not want to help in anyway.. he could’ve called another location or customer serv for assistance but did not bother. He told me he would have to run my credit for promotion that states it does not require credit check… when I asked if this is a false promotion he said no it’s not fake but you still need to run your credit (makes no sense) he started looking into his phone as if he was passively ending the interaction and didn’t want to be bothered. I even decided to say well thank you anyway and he did not hear me immediately until I walked away and he decided to say thank you. I called T-Mobile Dartmouth they explained fairhaven store is just a franchise with limited knowledge and access while they are cooperate. They knew exactly what I was talking about and they are fully stocked with iPhones unlike fairhaven which had none and said they would have to order it…. Fairhaven was completely useless and unnecessary rude!

I ordered a new phone off the Samsung website and I was having a difficult time transferring my old phone to the new one. Came into the store and Cory J helped TREMENDOUSLY. Apparently it was an issue I wasn't able to handle at home so Cory did it all for me. Great knowledge and very patient with me. Thank you!Went in today (11/19/2021) for help with my Samsung watch as it was not receiving notifications. Izzy helped fix the issue and he was absolutely fantastic! As he was fixing the issue we had a nice conversation. He is definitely a people person who is very kind, calm, patient, and understanding. Thank you Izzy!

This store is amazing! They helped me order my new iPhone 12 in a size they didn’t have and set the right expectations so I wasn’t surprised! Cory and Jon are fantastic and truly know they’re stuff. If you stop in definitely ask for either Cory or Jon!

Got a hot spot on 9/12. Not always 5g so returned 9/25. Got attitude. Idk about their math, policy is 14days. It took being on the phone with t-mobile 3X + at store 3X to get canceled both saying the other needs to help. Seriously! Worst customer service! They could't be bothered to just get it done. Had to literally be on the phone and drive back to the store. Guess I won't be back with my 4 lines from my current carrier contract in December after all. At least not that store for sure! #goodcustomerserviceishistory

I went to the Fairhaven T-Mobile Store on Tuesday, July 27th for assistance with changing my Sim cards on my phones. The store had just opened and I was warmly greeted by two very polite employees, Miss Aminata and a young man , Nix, who I believe is the Manager. I explained why I was there and that a Sprint phone agent told me to bring the cards to any T-Mobile Store and they would do the Sim card change for me. Nix explained that the stores do not usually do this because you have to be connected to your own main internet service. Nix was great. He went ahead and transferred the Sim cards and told me not to turn my phone on until I got home, so that it could sync up to my home internet service. I did exactly what he advised and I had no problems at all. What great people at this store. No wonder they have such good reviews. Every store should have Customer Service like this store. Life would be so much easier. Thank you Mr. Nix and Miss Aminata for all of your help.Walter Norcross Sr..
