Never receive notifications for prescription fills. The phone is rarely answered. When I go in I get conflicting information from one day to the next. Constantly having to make multiple trips out. Switching pharmacies. Might try out the new family owned one in town.

I use peapod regularly and everything is out of stock but when I go into the store I can find most of it. Had a bad experience today when I showed up a few minutes early for my order. The woman expected me to come back even though no other customers were picking up their orders and my order had been placed 2 days prior. She says "well okay give me 5 minutes". I sat there for 25 minutes before calling again and then waited another 15 minutes on top of that. She made me wait because she could. I'm patient as I know stores are understaffed right now but she was a horrible. I shouldn't have to suffer because she is having a bad day. Bad customer service and slow and always out of stock.

Place an order on line for the deli because it’s closed but to pick up on line order you have to go to the deli and every time they screw it up

With all of the craziness with COVID-19, the staff here has been super friendly. All things considered, they had a great selection to get us through the week. Great job all, hang in there! Thank you for all of your hard work.

They deleted my previous complaints cause They are exposed for what they are. Nothing but nasty from the staff, nothing will change. have not set foot in the store in over 1 year, kept smellong the deli in the bakery... like the deli wasn't clean smell

The older lady behind the service desk on Saturday was so nasty to so many customers while I was there so unbelievable, she told about seven of us if we were there to pay utility bill foget it the machine is down and then proceeded to tell the remainder of us how she hates doind that part of her job, when my turn came I took her about losing over five hundred gas points I had earned on Dec 23rd, she then asked what do you want me to do about and just wanted to hand me a number and go to the person. That's it I will never spend another dime here again as much as I detest market basket at least they treat you with some respect when you have a problem, signed never again.!!!!!!!!!

My main complaints about the fairhaven stop n shop are what most others have complained about. 1) frozen foods mainly the ice cream all frost bitten with thick ice all over it. 2) they barely have any employees walking around when you need help 3) the prices should be lowered that's why so many started going to ghetto market basket and last but not least the biggest annoyance of all is the man/woman (I think it's a women with facial hair like a guy) who watches the self checkout. She is very rude and has an attitude problem. She hovers over customers when they are checking out. Clearly doesn't know what personal space means. She treats people like they are all thrives trying to not pay. On 2 instances I was walking to a check out and she stops me and says "you have to pay for that" um no Sh*T Sherlock I'm 2 feet away from a register walking towards it. Was I walking towards the exit? Um No so back off. So many people complain about this employee and stop n shop clearly ignores in stores and review complaints because that person still works there. It gets to the point where I stand in a line even when there are available self checkouts just to avoid her pissing me off. No one should leave a grocery store in a bad mood and she needs to NEVER touch a customer or there groceries without being asked.

This is the best pharmacy around. The two woman that run this pharmacy are wonderful. They genuinely care for each and every one of their customers. They go above and beyond and do everything they can for you if needed. What a blessing to know they personally care and will help whenever possible.

Condsidering it would be worth it to change pharmacies all together even though I may have to travel a bit! Found the pharmacist a bit rude!
