2nd time I have stooped in there 2 get a sticker and there "Sticker" guy was not there, really none of your other mechanics are capable of doing a sticker? CRAZY!

The customer service from Richard R. was excellent. This is a service/sales team that puts themselves in the customer's shoes and they are fair and reasonable. They value creating and keeping a long term return customer over nickel-and-diming to make more money off you today. Great job Richard and Ernie with running the business/front end, and also great job to all the guys in the back on their clean and quick work. Service: 2 new tires plus special requests checked out.

Refused to conduct work on my vehicle due to it being all wheel drive. Stated I had to change all 4 tires, cannot change 2. This is 100% false for my vehicle.Ordered tires online and went to New Bedford to have them installed with no issues for 1/2 the price.

I took my Ford transit connect in due to stuttering/misfiring and an oil change. They change the oil and blamed the poor running engine on the old oil. They did not fix the problem.After I posted this review, they called me and had me drop the truck off again. I live 35 minutes away and have to find rides to do this, somewhat of a pain in the a.....But after all said and done the truck runs as normal.

I had a service appointment to replace aging and damaged tires along with other repairs. I carefully researched the tires I wanted and selected tires based upon multiple testing facilities. The tires that were being replaced I found to be rather poor in braking and wet/dry performance & safety so I was careful to select tires that scored much better in both safety metrics.After dropping off the vehicle for service the next day, I was later called and told that Sullivan Tire is refusing to install anything other than run-flat tires. The available RFTs for my vehicle are much more expensive, but more importantly they have reduced braking & performance ratings over the tires that I selected which would result in less safety.I am very disappointed that the service technician would attempt to make an obvious up charge which in turn would reduce the safety of my vehicle. The technician knew exactly what vehicle I was bringing in and what tires I had ordered several days prior, but waited until the vehicle was in the shop and I was at home to attempt to force an up charge on the service. This very much appears a Bait & Switch OperationI reached out to corporate customer service with the above information and after 48 hours with no response I have to assume that corporate is okay with this behavior.

Made an appointment to have the tires rotated, and it was quick. Took about 30 minutes, and I was on my way.

I bought 800$ worth of tires...50000 mile treads. Not even a year old and my car won't pass inspection! I went there and they said I didn't rotate my tires every 6000 miles!!! You put new tires on a vehicle for safety and security. They offered to do a rotation... But would not help with the tires. The manager is always very rude!

I went in to plug my tire after running over a staple. Tire held air, tiny holes but would gradually leak. Where it was located it was pluggable. The gentleman that I worked with said they only do internal patches on tires. So I was like okay...let's do that then. A little while later he says to me matter of factly that I will need a whole new tire because it was a staple. Needless to say I left and got it plugged at my local auto shop. Word to the wise, don't ask a place that sells tires to plug your tire and also dress up as a man so they don't take advantage of you.

Great service and they knew their stuff. We were able to do all four tires (ordered, shipped and put on) all in the same day when their competition down the road didn’t have appointment times for six days. Even though they were short staffed, it was excellent service and a good experience.

Manager was incredibly rude, I plan on never coming back. Situation was solved which is great but the way it was handled was not cool and definitely made me not want to return here.

Ernie always does a great job at the Fairhaven location. He is always honest and makes sure that all of my concerns have been addressed. I've been coming to this location since 2018 and have been pleased with the level of service.

Excellent service. Quickly resolved a blown tire by quickly ordering new tire and getting the car back much sooner then expected.
