Thank you to Jay'Da Hunter at TileCraft!
She found for us the solid color black and white tile for our checkerboard kitchen floor. Without her expertise in locating the perfect tile it never would have happened. She was the only person in Mass or RI who could do this for us. It is just what we wanted. I am sorry not to be able to upload a picture as I do not have Google photos capability. I have used Tile Craft before in the early 1990's... That was the reason I went to them again. I had an older granite counter top and backsplash removed. Once the new countertop was installed I needed to have the tile fixed and where the backsplash was. Chris came out to take a look and do the estimate and at that time it was thought that we would need a marble pencil molding would be needed for the transition. Yesterday Andrew son of Tracy and Chris came out to do the job. He laid out the design with the pencil molding and then he mentioned that he thought it would look better without the pencil molding. He had the best vision because he made all the tile fit even having to cut narrow strips of glass tiles to fill in the uneven areas. I would highly recommend Tile Craft for any of your tiling needs.

Several calls to schedule an estimate for an Veteran ADA shower to be installed. Finally get it scheduled and the day they are supposed to show up they FAILED to put it in the calendar and say they cannot meet the schedule and to go someplace else.I was shocked to see the lack of regard for a Veteran! I am happy their business ethics showed their ugly face before agreeing to sign them to do the work. With Ethics like this and the lack of regard they have I am happy to go elsewhere.

Save yourself $$$, time and aggravation…avoid TileCraft!
They measured incorrectly and didn’t get enough tile and then made ME pay for the shipping of the additional tile! So, I had to pay shipping twice for THEIR mistake.
They also gave my contractor the wrong tile..they don’t even check what they are sending!
They are also trying to hold me hostage until my contractor pays his balance. Just need to buy some edging tile, out of my own pocket, but they refuse to sell it to me until my contractor pays his balance. So, they are using me, to get to him. Not a good way to do business. They are arrogant and don’t even have the common courtesy to return phone calls.
Also, their prices are 50% higher than other local tile stores.

I had a great experience all around with TileCraft. The staff was so nice in the store, they went into such detail about my tile. They also let me know what to expect for my job. The installers that came out and did my tile they were so professional and clean. They even put a protector layer on the floor to make sure my floor didn't get dirty. I was overall so impressed with their workmanship in our bathroom and shower. I will be recommending this company to all my friends and family!

This is one small business you should not support. I can tell you that the customer is not of any concern at this establishment. The Manager is very unprofessional and extremely arrogant. The story that unfolded with this shop is so absurd that I won't even write it all out. Do your self a favor and stay clear.

I'd like to share my experience with the staff at Tile Craft. I needed just one box of tile to match my existing 2 year old flooring for a new home project. Little did I know that most flooring becomes obsolete in a very short time. My efforts to locate this tile were unsuccessful until I called Tile Craft. Tonya was extremely helpful and really went out of her way to locate a box for me. I can't recommend this business and staff, especially Tonya, enough for going above and beyond in helping me.
