Usually an easy shop, can find/get everything pretty easily most times, BUT (the reason I'm giving 2 stars) I recently was trying to get a phone that was locked behind a case, I rang for an associate SEVERAL times!! So many associates came over to the area and couldn't even be bothered to ask if I needed help!! I'm assuming maybe it's not their dept because I rang for someone and they would have said something?? Then when I did say something and you could clearly tell by that time I was not pleased though still nicely asked & I was still IGNORED. All in all I waited there (not wisely) for at LEAST 45 minutes with my autistic 4 year old!! I finally said to heck with it and just left. Right before I left someone came over to the counter, picked up the phone and called for assistance for another customer in the automotive area dept!!! Mind you that guy had seen me standing there a few times and even seen me ring for assistance!!! Just HORRIBLE customer service, idc what dept you are in if you see a customer clearly waiting and trying to get help you ask them if you can help them!! Some walked by me numerous times.. just pure lazy and not wanting to work! I was very disappointed.

Horrible costumer service at the service desk. Someone stole my bag and they refused to give me my money back or my merchandise. Very rude and ugly. I am NOT satisfied with my visit and will not be returning. Staff members need to learn how to accommodate their loyal costumers.

This Walmart in Fairhaven is a full on hemroid. Only 2 open lanes open with actual human beings to help cash your things out . However; a L shaped line is always available to wait in for self check out . The real kicker at this location is the self check most definitely must be intimidating with how long it is because Karen, Bob and their 50 cousins are waiting in a regular check out lane with each only holding 2 items , but that's not all for the very low price of $ 0 zero dollars and zero cents , you get to view their 2 lonely items in a carriage. Get it together people , I'm trying to, and im sure many others where their brain neurons actually work to get their things and pay for them and leave . I have a wise word of advice " Do Better!!! " .

The lines gets little heavy the managers should add more workers at empty cash registers to speed up the lines common sense. I see them bumming around like a fool.
