This Walmart is in desperate need of a complete overhaul. Fairhaven is such a nice town yet it has such a ghetto Walmart.. they really need to expand somehow and improve the grocery section and hire more people who know English I mean come on I hate everytime I ask for help the employee doesn't know what I'm talking about and when you do get an employee that knows English they're just clueless. Please just add more self checkouts. You always have so many registers empty anyways. Anyways, I rather go to Dartmouth or Wareham Walmart.

This is just your traditional simple Walmart with a wide variety of everything you're looking for and also a Eye care Center pharmacy and a haircut salon.

Terrible customer service. Waited for service after an associate called for help 4 times. Every time I ask where something is no one knows. Just lazy workers (most of them)

Asked an associate where I could find a certain item, he seemed bothered by my question and just told me to look through the next three aisles. Finally giving up on trying to find what I needed. I proceed to the register and that associate plus 2 other male associates were standing in the middle of the aisle all looking at one of their cell phones and having a grand ole time and wouldn't even move so I could get by. I actually had to go around them!! So very rude!! However the older lady cashier at the register in the back was very nice. That is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Walmart needs to get some decent help or they will be losing a lot of customers! Myself included!!

Wow! Just experienced something in which you should never have to do in a store. So I got to the store I see a lot of works, and thinking out shoot this should be fast. Went to the sporting section and there's no one not even at the register. People were there before me they have been waiting at the store told me they have been waiting for about 10 minutes. So I said this is ridiculous so I called the store while I was in there and had to tell them a person is available. 5 minutes later someone came. Yo now I know why they were all together when I walked it. They weren't doing anything aka not working. Dont waste your time I lived and learned.

Hey, it's a Walmart.. If you go there looking for "specialty store" customer service, you'll probably be disappointed..but I have to say, the majority of the time that I've asked for assistance, an employee has dropped whatever they were doing and taken me to find what I was looking for. As far as employee attitude..anybody who has ever worked in retail or with the public will tell you it's no picnic..people can be damned rude at times. Treat people with respect, and most of the time you'll get it back..as always, there are some exceptions... As far as the pharmacy, I've dealt with them for many years, and I find them as accommodating and efficient as any other place, better than some. When I walk in with a scrip, I've never had to wait more than a 1/2 hour..the hours that they close for lunch are prominently posted. Grocery prices are great, they do run out of stock on some items occasionally, but who doesn't? Again, it's a Walmart..we go there for low prices right? Lighten up people, it's not Bloomingdales..it is what is.. You get what you pay for...and all those other cliches

An awful experience in every way. Do employees have a uniform? No. Are the aisles easy to navigate and stocked? No. Are the employees friendly and happy to be there? Absolutely not. Can you expect a wait at any time? 100% you will be waiting in line I cannot fathom why anyone would stop at this location other then pure need and desperation. Also the hallways are always a mess. Would give 0 star if possible.

The Pharmacy at this Walmart is MESSED UP. My husband, who suffers from chronic back pain, is now switching to Walgreens due to the fact that they 3 times they have refused him his pain medication all for ridiculous reasons. Once the perscription was written on the wrong kind of paper, once they would not give him the written amount due to some sort of whacky reason and today they said that the manufacturer stopped making that kind of medicine. SO...my husband has none. It's been also a problem for me when I have had to get something and they were just plain out of it! I needed it right then!! The worst is when they roll down the iron curtain at lunchtime and all leave during the busiest part of the day and you sit on the metal bench and wait....and wait. The WALMART CO. needs to step it up.

This hackmart is the worst completely avoid it. They sold me a gift card and it wouldn't ring up so I asked to talk to the manager and he refused to come out and talk to me! WOW so completely unprofessional. I couldn't believe they told me he said he wasn't gonna come out.

I'm not sure why Walmarts all across the country attract a certain kind of shopper, but this location is no different. Sure, this is a discount store a step above Building 19, but it doesn't compare to stores like Kohl's or Target. Make sure you know exactly what you want before you go in so you can get out quickly. You don't want to spend any more time than necessary at this location. I couldn't give four stars because that represents that I'm a fan, and that's obviously not the case. It's okay. That is all.
