Very un professional I was supposed to have my furniture delivered today waited all day just for me to call them to find out when they were coming cuz it’s almost past the time they were supposed to show up only for them to tell me they weren’t coming cuz supposedly the guys who deliver called out. All wasted a whole day waiting for nothing so pissed. Customer service sucks the process to get the furniture sucked and Jenny or whatever her name is didn’t or couldn’t explain any questions I had I had to find out all information myself smh never again will they have my business

0 stars I don't even know how to say what I want to say. I started the application online. Finished it on phone. Was told at 5:00 I could get what I wanted then I was told they don't have it. It's in the New Bedford store then. I told her it was told I'd get it Friday. They never called me to tell me I wasn't going to. I had to call them then they told I was getting it Saturday called Saturday. They said I'll have it at 3:00. Never call that 3:00 4:00 came nothing. No call. Call them. No one was even answering the New Bedford store called the Fall River store. The lady was rude as hell and now nobody answers the phone so I can go to New Bedford to pick it up. Horrible horrible horrible

Finally got the washer/dryer. After weeks of trying to order, but PCs missing trying to locate etc. They brought it in, placed it side by side blocking my dishwasher. I heard the mover say your all set l walked into the kitchenette and he handed me all the attachments and hoses and asked me to sign. As I signed the paper I explained I didn't know what to do with what he was handing me said no English and walked out. There was no rack to place the dryer above the washer. It was a hot mess. It sat there all weekend and during that time I took out the paper I signed and it wasn't the $124.00 machine but a $200.00 machine!! What!!? I called Monday had it removed and after over 40 years of business I'm now going elsewhere. Someone should change people at Arron's in Pawtucket RI.

I think there new policy is unfair unprofessional because when you get sick with diabetes and you have to pay for your copays you cant get refunded on the money you put in on a item you pay on and return I know you can't get back the the service fees for renting it but the price you put on the item you can't get back but they gave you life time benefit credit on same item you never going to use I'm loss out on a item cause I can't pay for it no longer and my money I put on the item that I could use for other expensive bills I'm loss out on they need change there policy they taking people money

I WILL NEVER RENT ANYTHING ELSE FROM AARONS AGAIN.. I called them repeatedly and they not only screen their calls but they also don’t return phone calls. I called about a issue and the young lady that answered wasn’t able to help me.. she stated that the manager was on his lunch break and she said that he would return my call as soon as he returned.. Now they are closed .. no return phone call from ANYONE!! UNPROFESSIONAL, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE AGREEMENTS CHANGE AFTER YOU SIGN THE CONTRACTS. You signed up for 12 months and then they tell you it was for 18 months or more.. NEVER AGAIN!! I RATHER FO TO RENT a center and Pat more for better customer service and NEW FURNITURE.

If I could post my comment with no stars I would but unfortunately you can't and honestly this location is getting far too much credit and not worth the star I have to give to comment. The service at this location is beyond HORRIBLE!!!! Be very careful renting from this location- if your merchandise is damaged and under manufacturer warranty- Aarons is the only ones who can request replacement parts and good luck with giving them that job. Took this location over a year to replace a part I needed and clearly show that the left hand has no clue what the right hand is doing at this location. Some days they had no record of me calling, other days- my part was on back order or on its way from another store or was sold to someone else- on and on for a year.!!!! I forwarded a complaint to corporate in Dec 2020 and I'm still waiting for a Division Manager to call me lol. What a joke this place is. By the time your done paying for your stuff - you have made enough payments to buy a car.I put in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals Office!!! I PLAN ON TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO DEAL WITH THIS LOCATION. I feel like calling Channel 10 or 12- which ever one does the Consumer Reports so I can let EVERYONE know what I have dealt with!!Good luck get anyone to care about your negative comments-- you get an automated response telling you to forward your complaint to some email address and a Division Manager will contact you- haaaaaaa I'm still waiting to be contacted from my Dec 2020 complaint.

Beware of this shady store ! I had to give one star ! They only want your money and once you sign a agreement the customer service goes out the window. I've been trying to fix a issue with my living room set since September. They let you pay but that's about it. I want this set picked up and they keep setting up appointments and they don't come, but tell me they came. Try another option!
