My first time here. I had at least 3 gentlemen ask me if I needed assistance. After paying for my items one of them offered to carry my heavier items to my car. Great service.

Other than a lack of parking, this place is deceiving. It's massive, employees are super friendly and helpful. Aisles are tight, prices are fair, a lot of options. I highly recommend, especially when the next decent hardware store is in another city.
