Boost Mobile offers cell phone repair at this location, which is noted for fast service and right prices. However, the store receives significant criticism regarding phone activation. Customers report incredible difficulty setting up new Boost phones by themselves. They express frustration that the employees in the stores, not the kiosks, are far less than helpful and cannot help activate a new phone from Boost. This forces the customer to do all the running around and complete many steps, only to wait for the store to perform a final step, which does not make sense.
