The woman that works on pleasant street helped me so much & was here for me when my phone broke! She helped me get back on track! Without her I wouldn't have gotten it put back on after I broke it if not for her! I am completely greatful!

Customer service in the store was very helpful, I do have one problem when I intentionally went to get a phone and start new service with them I went to a store in New Bedford and I told the kid what I was looking for and how much I could afford a month. Long story short I was straight lied to by this little punk and now I'm stuck with a brand new phone with the screen protector still on it and I have no service... I told him I wanted the 30$ monthly plan and I was being told my plan is $65. They wouldn't even let me change the plan. I said I would like to return the phone than I do have the receipt. A big NO to that also.. SMH

They held on to my phone and said it would cost about $100 to use a temp mobile sim, then their card reader wasn't working, so I needed cash, and the register couldn't provide a receipt. Big scammers, I reported them to the company. They noted the mispractices of this location. Besides all of that they couldn't get my phone working for over a 1 and half. I was stuck and realized later what scammers they are!!

It seems like they almost never have the phones you want in stock. I find that frustrating, but it's a boost Mobiles store so what else do you expect. There's another store in the area that seems to have what you would want. This is a good location though.

I had boost for 10 years..loved it until I went in and wanted my phone number changed...they said they can't do that so I cancelled & went to a another provider...you just lost a 10 year loyal customer over simply not changing my phone number...I even offered to pay to do it.

Almost half an hour waiting for it to open at a time when it shouldn't be closed, a sign saying back at 1.15 but it arrived almost 1.30
