Walked in to the Fall River location near the government center to add a new line and purchase a new phone and all the accessories, home intere. Associate was incredibly rude and wasn't interested in helping me. I'm not sure if maybe I walked in when he was about to take a break or something, but he was so very rude and had no interest of helping me of making a sale. I walked in so excited and left in tears, and very confused what his issue was.

A little advice, do your homework on what you are looking to buy before you walk into a store, oh and I wouldn't go to the New Bedford store over near Orchard Street! There is 2 young "boys" who shouldn't be working there

I had been a customer for over 12 years with auto-pay and never missing a payment.I had a 4 line plan that was dropped to a 3 line plan upon the company being bought out. I was still charged the same price for 3 lines as I was for 4 lines previously.Customer support managers at that were unwilling to give any compensation or reactivate the 4th line.I then switched 2 lines to Verizon leaving one line still active on the account. And once again was being charged more for that one account then ANY plans offered by boost at the time of contact-current. And once again Customer support was unwilling to give any compensation due to being overcharged. Even after they accepted I was being overcharged their only resolution was to put me on a new plan at the current prices which was half of what I was being charged. With no compensation for being overcharged for the previous 6months.I finally just canceled my last active line and will never do buisness with or recommend ANYONE do buisness with boost mobile again!Which is a shame because I use to advocate for boost mobile and had multiple active lines under the previous ownership.BUYER BEWARE ! ! !

This company has been nothing but headaches, the night shift employee is rude, unhelpful and extremely lazy. Paid my phone bill as usual, found out even after a week later the data still hasn't restarted. Customer service is overseas with consistent issues in translation. Dead end company that's quickly going to hell. Definitely switching by the end of this bill. Wouldn't recommend this provider to someone I hated. Pay your bill in store, they don't provide refunds if you use the auto pay option/ pay online at all.

Customer service at 96 South main is horrible. They don’t even deserve one star. The gentleman there on 11/01/2023 at 1 pm eastern time was rude and shouldn’t be working with the public at all. He swears at customers and tells them to get out the store and threatens to call the cops for no valid reason. Hes rude and swears, interrupts and be littles customers for asking questions about payments that are being paid for. He has no patiences to deal with any customers questions or any miscommunication that may take place when working with in the industry. Poor customer service. I was assisting my disable friend that has hearing problems and he took advantage of a disable man and up charged him for assisting him with transferring his services to the government acp program. That store should be audited for payments they are taking from customers and they should be audited for customer service by corporate. Management needs to hire better employees that know how to work with customers. The store was dead and the sales are down because of the lack of customer service.
