There was a problem with our reserved cargo van not being available despite our reservation. Phil was wonderful. He called the other dealer snd got us the right truck. He was so helpful snd had to stay an extra hour just to accommodate us. Would definitely use them again.

I will never rent from budget again! The truck was dirty, moldy food in the cab dirty. There was no gas cap, the windshield wipers were useless, there was a giant crack in the windshield. When I turned the truck the place I rented from sent in a forged inspection report, they didn't do an inspection when I picked up the truck. I bought wipers and a gas cap for the truck as I was literally driving cross country, Washington State to Massachusetts, and never got refunded for the things I replaced on their truck. It was just an awful experience.
