When I first came to this store I loved it always nice close shoes everything and always very well organized but it's been a while since I've visited Burlington store in Fall River Ma. Today left me totally saprised in how bad and unorganized things were scattered on the floors place was a mess huge line of customers and only two registers were open

Poorly organized. The boys coat section is just a bunch of blankets on hangers. Almost no coats. Everything is a mess. Found a pair of shoes but took 20 minutes to check out and they weren't even busy. There was just one cashier

Years ago, this store was one of my favorites. Went there today, and I was so unimpressed. The store was so messy, and you couldn't even get down the isles. Then 1 rude employee ended it. Won't be going back.

Spent $200 for back to school clothes. Went home had all the kids try on and keep what they liked. Went the next day back to return it and they refused to give me a cash refund while there return policy states otherwise very clearly on the back of the receipt. The cashiers don’t know what they’re doing, the managers don’t know what they’re doing and they had an attitude the entire time while I just wanted my money back. They ended up issuing a gift card and cashing that out to me. I’m not sure if it’s a system issue but they had to do this multiple times!

Yet another business that no longer has public bathrooms! I am no longer a customer, they won’t even give a code if you buy something. We are all human beings! Shame. Also owner only ever responds to positive reviews with no comment about how they plan on addressing the massive amount of bad reviews and issues at this location.
