As a consumer and a client receiving heat assistance, never in my life have I been spoken to so rudely. I called to explain that my gas just got shut off, I got approved 2 days before the shut off and called for assistance to get my gas restored. The person who took my intake I guess is the person I call for help, he answered the phone with a gruff "hello" like I was irritating the living hell out of him. Told him my name and explained my situation well I tell you, the way he spoke to me was just baffling and rude as hell, he then proceeds to tell me to contact my utility company to tell them a voucher was sent over electronically. I said okay well can you fax another copy over just in case they say they never received it? He explains to me again the same thing, to call and then hangs up on me. I get the same answer I got the first time from the utility company stating they never received any information about any fuel assistance. Once again I called back the office and then the front desk tells me that they are so bombarded with phone calls because the 10th is the last day to apply for assistance and I said well I am a client that just got approved and I need my agents assistance so I can have my heat restored. I told her (the receptionist) I did not want to speak to him again, I want to speak to his supervisor, she says she will have the supervisor email my information to the utility company. That was two days ago and I still have no gas. I guess I'm going to have to call and file a consumer complaint about my rights

Nobody hear answers the phone or returns messages. Whenever I get transferred to someone, they are not available. I have been waiting several days and heard nothing back
