Awful. Their service is trash. You can’t get in touch with anybody to help resolve issues that you are having. If this terrible company didn’t have a monopoly, we would have some choice. Stuck with this god awful company who can’t give two pennies about their customers. You use the assistant virtually and it’s useless. You use the phone number. Useless. I would take any other provider over these money hungry dirt balls

I went into this store December 6th to transfer my service to my roommate before I left. I had filled out all the appropriate documents and was told I was all set. I paid my December bill and thought I was all set. Come January I get another bill. I call and ask what happened and they said it still wasn't transferred. The ensured me if I paid the January bill it would be all set by February. Well I just got billed for February to. Seems like people here aren't following through or are just lazy.

Can’t say enough how well of an employee Kory is. Ever since I’ve switched from Verizon, he’s met every single one of my needs for phone/wifi etc. With Verizon, I stressed constantly about my bill and Kory cut my bill more than half with wifi included! This isn’t a paid advertisement, this is a real recognize real situation because I know how sales can be! (Car sales). If you go in, I’m sure anyone will give you a great experience but Kory will go above and beyond for you. Seriously, ask for him!!

This is perfectly on brand for Comcast and their horrendous history of customer service. Just check YouTube. Anyway, they have unsurprisingly bred a culture of toxic sales where they talk out of both sides of their face and say whatever is necessary to get you on contract.What happens from there, well hopefully you don't have to experience it. Beware of them using the word "should". It's a common sales practice. To most people it inspires confidence, but it's actually a word of uncertainty, which is a fancy way of saying, I'm not sure, but I dont want to inquire about it because it may impact my sale. A good response is: "Will it work, or "should" it work. Should it work, or will it work. Followed by verify with a superior and show me in writing. If everyone did this their whole sales structure would fall apart. Also, since they use Verizon"s signal and they're not Verizon, your service will get throttled and placed in a lower bandwidth tier.

I would give this useless place a one star! I only gave it two because they do have a person there that is awesome. Good luck finding one. Hope they got to a job good for them. This place sucks.

Comcast is expensive. Pricing and plans are confusing. Service Phone lines are horrible. All self service with a voice prompt listening system that is hard of hearing and time consuming. Inconvenient to need to find and take time off work hours to walk into a branch for support.

My remote stopped working, so I had to take trip to the Xfinity store for a new one. There was no waiting line. Good service.

No line at all. Customer service is fantastic & very easy to speak with & they offer multiple choices on whatever you're trying to do w cable or streaming.
