“I have been at St. Anne's Credit Union for about 5 years now and I am so happy I left the 'big banks' and all their charges and terrible service. Here at St. Anne's Credit Union the tellers are always so helpful and double and triple check your deposits, total amounts etc... I opened both a checking and savings account with them and have had wonderful service with everyone here and all the other locations in the Southcoast. Once, I made a deposit and the teller at the drive-in called me about 4 minutes after I left to tell me that the amount was $50 more than what I wrote on the deposit slip. He said that he corrected it and that there would be a letter mailed to me also. The next day in my mail was the envelope from St. Anne's with a copy of the deposit, the correction and balance. I was so impressed with their courtesy and promptness. If that had happened at the other bank I was at, they would not have informed me with a personal phone call, and would have been a week or two before a letter came. I am so happy and feel so secure with St. Anne's Credit Union everyone should have an account here.”

“Great credit union! (Hate dealing with big banks.) I've been doing business with them for almost 50 years. The only negative thing I can say is that the atm at their south end branch is constantly down forcing me to travel to their main branch to avoid atm fees at other banks or stores. Just replace the darn thing!”
“Update: Had a bit of an issue with a rude manager when trying to open an account, but the VP of Marketing reached out to me, so I decided to give them a chance and become a member. The process to set up an account was super easy and intuitive, albeit a bit buggy running on Firefox instead of Chrome, but that's most sites these days. The application was processed quickly, and it seems like they take security very seriously. Their mobile banking app is a bit bare bones and old looking, and it shows an ad for their services every time you open it (you can thankfully dismiss it), but it does the job that every good mobile banking app is supposed to do (check balances, deposit money, etc...)”
