I just picked up prescriptions at the drive-through. Lori went above and beyond helping me with the items I needed. I have always received fantastic customer service at this location, today it was extra fantastic.! Thank you Lori I hope you feel appreciated!

The pharm techs are useless and slow. The pharmacist gave me attitude cause they didn’t fill my daughter’s prescription within a timely manner and asked they fill it then cause she had a UTI with hematuria and couldn’t go another day without treatment. He seemed irritated. Well, you can’t delay treatment for patients with an infection. Just overall poor customer service and care

this CVS had what I needed but I was forced to use self checkout...there was an issue w/ the machine while I was using it & the customer behind me started making rude comments to me...this isn't the stores fault but maybe leave a regular register open so other customers do not get annoyed when the self checkout machine starts acting up

I use to believe the customer service was top notch AT CVS but since they put self checkouts in the stores there is never anyone at the counter you either have to ring a bell for someone to ring u up or ring yourself up. I don't know about anyone else but that is NOT MY JOB AS A CUSTOMER and forcing me to wait for an employee to come to the counter is RIDICULOUS.. CORPORATE Companies need to do better CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WHAT GOT YOU TO BE A CORPORATION.

Cvs used to be the best pharmacy store nearby for me, I never had any problems with this store until recently some of their employees are so Rude & Entitled and sometimes u even have to wait for help and they’ll take like 10 mins to come to you , even if you were to lose something in the store they will not help you so don’t even waste your time tbh. I used to go to this store for buying my gift cards and if you ever ask to void a transaction they’ll act like you’re slow and play in ur face.

The employees at CVS are some of the kindest people I've met in the community. Several times I have been helped beyond what is required. The professionalism and kindness is much appreciated. The points I get from my purchases really do end up helping. I've found some excellent deals on different things .The pharmacy is usually busy, but even so ,they still get it done in a timely manner. They surprised me with that part. The service is excellent and I appreciate what they do. Very knowledgeable .Love to see the smiling faces.

Probably some of the slowest customer service I've ever seen.. I get there's always a lot of customers but there's no reason to be rude. The girl with the ridiculous eyelashes at the window clearly needs to take them off because she can't see why anyone would be upset about her attitude.

This is a nice self standing CVS in Fall River. There's plenty of parking, the parking lot looks very well kept and clean. The store inside is nice and well stocked. I was surprised to see many different varieties of mouthwash. Many places just carry the Listerine or the Scope brands along with their own generic label, but this one had many several options to choose from. CVS is headquartered in Woonsocket, about 20 minutes north of Providence, so it's one of RI's largest employers and corpoations. It was also known as, and originally named, the Consumer Value Store and was founded in Lowell, Massachusetts, in 1963.CVS Pharmacy is currently the largest pharmacy chain in the United States by number of locations (over 10,000) and total prescription revenue. Its parent company ranks as the fifth largest U.S. corporation by FY2020 revenues in the Fortune 500. CVS sells prescription drugs and a wide assortment of general merchandise, including over-the-counter drugs, beauty products and cosmetics, film and photo finishing services, seasonal merchandise, greeting cards, and convenience foods through their CVS Pharmacy and Longs Drugs retail stores and online through CVS.com. It also provides healthcare services through its more than 1,100 MinuteClinic medical clinics as well as their Diabetes Care Centers. Most of these clinics are located within or outside CVS stores.

this store never has carriages, making it impossible to shop in for me. I understand that the carriages are being stolen, but an easy fix would be not to let them leave the store! there are carriages with large poles attached to them to make them unable to leave, but staff could certainly enhance that objective. once taken out, no one is assuring they come back in. don't even get me started on the broken extra care coupon machines...when I walk into this CVS and can't find a carriage to shop with, I turn around and go to Walgreens just down the street. oddly enough, they ALWAYS have plenty of carriages, so I know it can be done!!!

Booked my 2nd Pfizer vaccine here, as nothing was available in my area (Portsmouth RI). From the moment I walked in, my experience was phenomenal! Donna, the check-in gal was super friendly and the nurse (April) was compassionate, educational and EXTREMELY gentle when she administered my vaccine! My experience was definitely exceptional!

My wife searched on the Massachusetts Covid vaccination site for an appointment, frustratingly, to no avail. Then she tried CVS and got both of us appointments. Though her appointment was 1 1/2 hours before mine, they took us at the same time, administered the vaccine, had us sit for the requisite 15 minutes, and we were done. No muss, no fuss, done efficiently and professionally. GREAT JOB, CVS!

Every single time I go in to buy insulin syringes (so that others are safe), I get treated with a very stereotypical attitude to the point its embarrassing! They give me a dirty look and tell me they have none. I am not a drug addict, I work in the recovery field, and it shouldn't matter if I was! What makes them mad...the fact that someone either needs them for insulin, that they are trying to be safe and use clean needles, that someone may be helping someone else with harm reduction, or do they just not want to make a sale? Walgreens treats me with the upmost respect, even from the pharmacists themselves, and that is a shame. Its not every CVS, just this one. And it is sad, especially in this day and age, people especially in the Healthcare field at any capacity, should be educated and not ignorant to addiction.

No one at covid vaccine check in desk. Waiting to check in for 10 minutes behind a line of 3 other people. I got 3 texts reminding me not to be late for my appointment, got here on time, and now am being made late for my appointment.

No public restrooms for customers -- referred my 72 year old spouse to its neighboring businesses that do provide public restrooms. Sorry, CVS, that sucks. I put my intended purchases back on the shelf and we left. We saved $2 buying our sunscreen and soda at Stop & Shop.
