I purchased hundreds of dollars in gift cards on Christmas eve, gave them out as gifts and was notified that they weren't working and marked as deactivated! I have the receipt and went to CVS they told me to call corporate as there was nothing they can do. I called corporate and was on hold for almost an hour to be told they would look into it and get back to me in 7-10 business days! Absolutely unacceptable! This will be the last time I purchase gift cards from CVS. I had to call all the people I gave gift cards to tell them the card would not work and they have to wait until I hear back from CVS. So embarrassing!

If I could rate lower, I would. The worst service ever, the rudest staff ever and slow. CVS pharmacy is absolutely horrible.

Awful customer service and attitudes. I always seem to have a problem with this CVS. I can see I’m not the only one. Had a prescription that was in process. I got there 10 minutes before their lunch and they refused to fill the prescription because they were going to lunch in 10 minutes after I drove from the other side of the city on my lunch break thinking that they could at least finish it while I’m there Was given an attitude and told me no it would be available after two and don’t know soon as they come back from lunch. I get the text message that my prescription is filled like why couldn’t you have done it in 10 minutes that you had before you left for lunch to make me have to come back , just to spite me ?

This pharmacy has gone downhill. Went to pick up prescriptions. Get all the way home to find out they didn’t mix my daughter’s antibiotic. They sent us home with powder. Called them and of course had to leave a voice mail because you can’t actually speak to a live person. When they called back I was given the option to make it myself. Umm, no….so go all the way back to have them make the prescription. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience. You would think there would be some type of quality control to ensure meds are made correctly. Will never go back there again.

It’s crazy to call the pharmacy and not just get the run around with a computer set up voice system that keeps redirecting you to same question but now when u press 7 which was the # to talk to the pharmacy you now are send to a voice mail so u can tell them what u concerns are and eventually will call u back!! What a joke ! Time to change pharmacies

Ok, my experience with this is. I bought a card from CVS as you see on this recei. Purchased it at like 11 in the morning. I came home to try to use it. It kept on denying me and deny in me 3 × 2night. So I tried to go back to cvs to find out what is going on with the Card And telling them That it was no refund on the cards. A paying customer and they tell me no refund on cards. O k, so the manager helps me and she finds out that money is on the card. When I was complaining about it at the store. A gift card, I'm gonna show you the picture after. I've been on the phone with the company since 8 o'clock. And they have not helped me yet. But I gotta help story will continue. I wake up the next morning to find out that the money is going. I called and been on the phone with the company. And they're telling me that I have to go through all kinds of paperwork to receive my money back. So whoever buys these cards are going to get screwed. Don't buy gift cards from c. V. Yes. The manager told me somebody else had a problem with it for 2 thousand dollars And when she did this dispute, she only got half her money back. This already happened several times When I finally got ahold of the company. They told me the money was taken out in some other country These cards are fake. Soon as the money was put in yet it was taken out they know what is going on, they see what is going on. These cards are screwy, and something is wrong &c VS is sewing them. It is wrong. Is this giving CVSA bad name? I know I give c v s for helping me at three and the store of one a one The customer is always right. Remember that slogan.

I just picked up prescriptions at the drive-through. Lori went above and beyond helping me with the items I needed. I have always received fantastic customer service at this location, today it was extra fantastic.! Thank you Lori I hope you feel appreciated!

The pharm techs are useless and slow. The pharmacist gave me attitude cause they didn’t fill my daughter’s prescription within a timely manner and asked they fill it then cause she had a UTI with hematuria and couldn’t go another day without treatment. He seemed irritated. Well, you can’t delay treatment for patients with an infection. Just overall poor customer service and care
