Been coming here for years and I’m done. Worst pharmacy by far, outrageous lines, missing prescriptions, me having to do they’re job making them dig deeper and then they make up excuses saying “oh the system deleted it” , never has stuff in stock, I get texts saying my prescription is done just for them to tell me I gotta wait another 20 minutes when I get there and they’ll “expedite it”, also been waiting for over a month for an inhaler mask that my child needs still haven’t got it, shut this place down its a joke and also understaffed as hell do better!

I truly feel bad for the employees here. The line for the pharmacy is SO long no matter what time of day you go! It must be extremely stressful and exhausting to deal with unhappy customers all day. Please hire more staff and give your current employees raises.

I'm done with CVS. Poor service and price gouging. The pharmacy is short staffed constantly. The store prices are outrages. recently , i was looking for Mucinex 1200mg. the price at CVS was $23.99 for 18. Market Basket was $14.99 for 18 and Target was $13.99 for 16. CVS is just a greedy corporation. I will never shop CVS again. I even deleted all my CVS apps!! #CVS @CVS

Miserable. Prescription not ready when it was supposed to be ready the day before. Told to wait 20 to 25 minutes but it was 45. One of the 2 Prescriptions was out of stock. Unpleasant and unapologetic staff. Obviously overworked and understaffed.

This store is abysmally under staffed. The pharmacy constantly has lines of over 10 people long. There are punks for Durfee running around and fighting on the sidewalk outside. Corporate needs to give the staff the support it needs to succeed. I'm changing pharmacies even though this one is within 2 minutes of my house. It's a joke, but it's on corporate not staff.

I got stuck having to visit here because they were the only ones open after an er visit. Haven't been here since before covid. The place was filthy, food, degree and cough drops all over the floor. I was told it would be 10 to 15 minute wait. I sat and waited 44 minutes. I am not feeling well, I want to go home, screw having to take my script tonight. I went back to dropnoff and asked for my script back to take else where tomorrow. Then they say my script has been ready!! Really? Because I've been sitting there waiting, not wandering, the entire time. They were polite about it at least, but next time I will just deal with the whatever the ailment is and wait the next day and go to my local pharmacy.

Absolutely the WORST pharmacy EVER. They refuse to answer their phone as well. My wife was on hold for 45 minutes so I drove there. Wasn't busy and they were all lollygagging. So I called from within the pharmacy and I watched them pick up and put me on hold. I need a new pharmacy

Absolute worst pharmacy, how about a 4 day wait to fill prescriptions? Employees have nasy attitudes and be ready for 30 minute wait in line. Try a 20+ minute wait to get through on the phone...The worst!

I'm not a big fan of CVS in general, as I find their prices on just about everything in the store outrageous. I also do not utilize their pharmacy, as I am still blessed with good health, and luckily not in need of any prescriptions, so there's no need to utilize their pharmacy service.I did visit this location yesterday for a Flu Vaccination, as it was close to home, and my scheduled appointment easily fit into my busy schedule. Had scheduled my appointment a few days before by calling the store. I arrived for my scheduled appointment a few minutes before, and was annoyed seeing they wanted you to check in using the phone app, which I don't have. I waited in the waiting area of the 1 Minute Clinic for a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time, then knocked on one of the doors for help. The nurse who answered said the Vaccine area was near the pharmacy, and I would have to wait in line to get checked in. Waited in the Pharmacy line, which was unbelievably long and non-moving. Finally went to the Drop Off area to check-in. The Pharmacy Tech asked for my Health Insurance cards. She's there entering my card numbers into the system, using 1 finger at a time. When she was finished, she told me the cards weren't valid there, and I couldn't get my shot there. My understanding is that Flu Shots are covered under Medicare Part B, but the clerk was clueless about this.Left this location totally disgusted, and felt that it was a complete waste of my valuable time. Don't see myself returning to this location for anything. They really need to clean up their act there on many fronts.

The Pharmacy was a nightmare. I had to wait for my scripts to be filled, was told 10 mins, it actually turned out to be 30-45 mins! The pharmacy staff was rude, unprofessional and really off-putting to say the least. One of your pharmacy employees needed to use the restroom the whole time I was there waiting, and she was ignored by every one in the pharmacy. The lines were so long and not being handled properly. The waiters were almost 10 people long. It was a nightmare. There was no clear directions to anyone. Customers were getting frustrated and there was NOTHING done about it, by any of the pharmacy staff. It was so disappointing and mind boggling to see what a complete disaster the pharmacy staff was. The girl that needed the restroom finally went, when someone else came back. And when she did go the line was around the corner. It was not her fault no one else stepped in to help. I hope this brings light to a very Large problem that is happening in your pharmacy. There was no delegation, no real care about the customers or the 2 staff members who were working their tail off to get through the line. I also had a problem with my scripts, labels just being slapped on boxes and not actually counting pills in bottles. I brought that to the attention of your pharmacy staff and was told "they knew who is doing it, but they need the staff" Which is upsurd. I hope these things are addressed swiftly because it was unacceptable!

Have had very good experiences here so surprised to see so many negative reviews. The waits are always long, but considering the volume of people they serve that’s not surprising. All the pharmacy techs and pharmacists themselves have always been terrific. And for us personally the front of the store people have been great too.
