Management of the facility is questionable. 3 months ago, when I visited, there were a number of out of order machines. When I went today, the exact same machines have out of order signs, maybe others as well.

I arrived to do laundry at 4:30 by 4:32 after putting $35 on my card I was told I couldn't use the large washers because it was after 4:30
I asked to speak to the manager who allowed me to use the washer because it was only a few minutes past. While I did my laundry, at 5:15, a gentleman was allowed to do his laundry in the big washers that close at 4:30. He got no trouble from the attendant as I did and I was only 2 mins. late. I feel like I was racially profiled and the fact I was a woman played a part in the awful treatment I received. I will never go there again. There are too many other laundromats in the City to put up with a hassle while trying to do laundry. Obviously this place don't care about their customers. I'll spend my money elsewhere. It is apparent they don't need the $$ if they shut you down two minutes past 4:30. The place is open until 7:00 and I was done by 6:00. 12 machines were broken and the price to dry is double from everyplace else. If your going to charge high prices, you can at least make sure the washers are up and running. Poor management! The manager was quite rude on the phone and made it seem like she was doing me a favor by allowing me to spend my money at her laundromat.

The staff is AMAZING and will help you with anything you need. Yes, machines sometimes are out of order, but service, location, and convenient hours are by far an asset to this location.

There were roughly 14 dryers out of order. There were a decent amount of washers out of order. It's incredibly humid and they didn't have the ac on. They couldn't make change for a $20. Which leads me to believe the owner is lazy, cheap, and probably doesn't pay staff a living wage. Also something that should have cost me $20 at kams on 2nd St ended up costing about $30. First and last time I'll use this place. They charge 1.85 a lb for wash dry and fold. Yikes. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Tried to wash a load of whites. All items that came out of the machine had dark gray/brown splotches all over them. Paid $6 to have clothes ruined. Staff - which I know it is not their fault - didn’t seem terribly motivated to help or figure out some sort of solution.

Helpful clean and cost effective. The wash dry fold service is super helpful and they have an amazing turn around time.

Generally do laundry after 1pm bc fewer people always get a larger machine. Delkin is my preferred laundromat because price is the same weather do cold, warm or hot, heavy soil or extra rinse all same price.

Refused to let me wash and dry with a hour left and was condescending in tone when i asked why not. Save your tome, go somewhere else.

We love this laundromat! The place is clean and the staff is friendly. My boyfriend and I are both very busy during the week with work which leaves no time for spending hours at the laundromat. We drop our laundry off and pick it up the next day and it’s clean, perfectly folded and or hung! The dry cleaning is equally as wonderful. The ladies who work here do such a fantastic job. Absolutely worth EVERY penny..

I took my uncle to the laundromat this morning at 6:45am. It was closed still at least 8am when I left. Saturday is a chore day and even a half hour is okay but call someone to come in, call your manager.

While I won't call this place a total dive, it can have that occasional "Jerry Springer" vibe... If you're not going to be doing any hanging out while doing laundry, the dry cleaning and service is pretty fast and good quality, though being one of the few games in the area, it's not exactly cheap (it cost $35 to have my pea-coat dry cleaned). Laundry is... how shall we say this... wicked expensive. The small load machines - and I mean "e-con-no-mie", cost $5.50, and while there are larger machines (3) that can handle regular loads, they cost $7.75 a load, or 2 big ones that will do blankets (though you better get your laundry in there; at $9.50 a load, make it count!) Makes me wish I'd invested in a laundromat (if I had $ to invest that is; I'm spending all my money on laundry!). Dryers, half of which are either reserved for attendant use or out of order most of the time, cost .45 cents per 6 minutes, or .70 cents per 8 minutes for one of the half dozen better ones. I washed and dried two loads of laundry the other day and spent almost thirty bucks. On the good side, it did finally prompt me to seriously start setting aside money to buy my own washer/dryer - at a bargain outlet, for the cost of three trips of those trips, I'll soon have my own machines. Funny how basic math can induce such clarity of purpose!
