I had several items tailored here, and they were ready for pickup and hemmed/stitched exactly how I wanted, although it took a couple of weeks. Reasonable price, and good customer service.

This morning I called Delken inquiring about the process to have a king size duvet cleaned.
When I arrived, I was informed that the water was turned off for maintenance and there wasn't a restoration time available.
Betty could see the disappointment in my face and informed me the soonest she could guarantee it would be tomorrow.
I arrived home from work later the same day to a pleasantly surprising voicemail that my duvet was ready for pickup.
Thank you Betty for going above and beyond to have this ready sooner than promised. Delken you are so lucky to have caring and considerate employees. Well done. I will be back for sure.

I want to say that Jennine is wonderful in the Dartmouth location. My complaint was not about her at all. It is about the hours of operation and you should bring Jennine back to Dartmouth. We love her.
