I went to Delken last week to wash my bedding. The next couple of nights after making my bed I noticed I was bit all over my body with some weird red cluster looking bites that bled. I was mortified! I was told to call and a woman named Dawn told me that the owner offered me a credit for a wash, dry, fold of what I spent and not a refund!! Even after sending pictures of these bites. Do not go to Delken! These are not reputable people that do not clean their washers properly. Unless you want a bed bug issue and have to have your whole house treated! I will be going forward with formal complaints.

The ladies here are welcoming and very helpful. Without coins, the machines can be confusing. The place is clean, and they work very hard to keep it that way.

Very clean! Went to wash and dry quilt and pillows in XX-large washer and dryer. Hadn't been in over 3 years so new system in place. Attendant was very helpful with how to navigate the new payment and functions of the machines.

I’ve heard good things about this location, but when I arrived to drop off my laundry at 9:05pm, the sign on the door said they closed at 9 die to covid…I checked google before I drove out and it said 10. It would’ve been nice if they’d updated google in the year and a half we’ve been dealing with this pandemic…
