My daughter sent me a fruit and flowers they delivered the fruit but not the flowers. fruit was bitter tasting and they didn’t deliver the flowers. She had to call them then they had the nerve to call me to see if I received them which I told them I didn’t received them about an hour later. She paid good money for this and they only refunded her $14 I will never order from them

Today I went into the Edible Arrangements located in Fall River, MA and had a wonderful experience . Isabel greeted me at the door and helped me to decide on an appropriate arrangement for a family whose dog had passed. I wanted to deliver it myself so she made it up while I waited. Thank you Isabel for the beautiful arrangement and wonderful service.

Have ordered from the Dartmouth location twice now and each time customer service has been 10/10. Definitely the freshest fruit ive come across and the arrangements always look so beautiful. Would 100% recommend and have recommended to others looking for something different to gift someone.

Completely disappointed!? Seeing how my go to place is here! (FallRiver location) .. anyway I purchased a box of strawberries ? n cheesecakes $50 as a gift for my mother. I then asked her how was it? She had a look on her face like she was about to lie to make me feel better?. I said mom!! Well the strawberries were like rotten/mushy.. The cheesecakes were great tho! It’s was a gift and it made me feel like I failed.! Thank you ?
