Completely disappointed!? Seeing how my go to place is here! (FallRiver location) .. anyway I purchased a box of strawberries ? n cheesecakes $50 as a gift for my mother. I then asked her how was it? She had a look on her face like she was about to lie to make me feel better?. I said mom!! Well the strawberries were like rotten/mushy.. The cheesecakes were great tho! It’s was a gift and it made me feel like I failed.! Thank you ?

Ordered online & called on the delivery day & everything was in progress. Sent my sister the balloon bouquet with fruit sampler and it was just great. The balloons last through her entire birth month! Great service & quality product.

I had a surprise delivered to my aunt for her birthday while I was in another city. She was very happy and everybody was content everything (the fruit, plushy, etc). Thank you for making my aunts day!

The order was just delivered at 3:30 pm just after I posted my other review. They did give the delivery person the code and she was able to be let it. Only problem was the store and manager didn't know that and my calls to them were useless which is why I didn't give the store an ok

Placed an order with this location and I specifically asked for everything to be dipped in chocolate. when I went to pick up my order the pineapples weren't dipped in chocolate and asked why? she told me that the "pineapples are already sweet and that they didn't need to be sweeter" I always thought that when a customer asks for specific things, you give them what they want, that includes pineapples which is "everything" I highly don't recommend this Fall River store.

My wife and I have never used Edible Arrangements before, so we thought that would try it for a sick friend. I called and spoke to a very nice and polite young lady, Miss Jallissa. She spent quite a bit of time helping me pick out an arrangement. She was FANTASTIC. She not only helped me pick out a very nice arrangement, but it was delivered within an hour and a half of placing the order. Our friend called us and told us that it was beautiful and nice and fresh. If Edible Arrangements has more great staff like Miss Jallissa, they'll be in business for many years to come. 10 stars, not 5. Thank you.

This was the worst place I have ordered from . I live in Florida and I want it delivered in Fall River Massachusetts .the strawberries were practically rotted the chocolate was only halfway the vase was maybe 4 inches with three pieces of fruit for $25 she told me it was a good size and the chocolates were like 45 I paid 80 something dollars for delivery to I would not recommend this place to anybody???????

The store location says open 7 days a week but never has product available unless I want to wait 3-4 days and the staff is rude over the phone if you ask questions.

Overpriced, especially for the area. Placed an order for 10am pick up and was told to wait outside, it's now 1030. Very unprofessional.
