Shout out to the staff who work at the front desk. They are all very welcoming and helpful. A special thanks to Shallon. She assisted me several times... Helped me after I locked myself out of my locker, and also helped me retrieve my membership card after misplacing it. Thanks to all!

The swimming pool, locker rooms, showers are disgusting, smell of urine so intense, hair all over shower/dressing rooms.
When I told staff, no custodian or cleaning available’
Shouldn’t there be a cleaning company there everyday! I mean there are so many people that frequent that place daily!
That place needs to have a thorough cleaning
And beware if swimming pool also

The director Stephanie is rude, as is some of the staff towards their paying members, and treat some of the members poorly that may be having a difficult time or suffer from a disability. I'd recommend going somewhere else... The fall river YMCA is not a good place to go considering their poor treatment towards members with disabilities

I do love this gym, but they really need to have better hours. Weekends and early weekday hours are the easiest time for people to get to the gym. If they had better hours I guarantee that it would bring in more people. And the men's locker rooms have mold and mildew on the walls and shower curtains.

Love the YMCA in fall river, just wish they offered more family swim time, the employees are always friendly and helpful and it's clean and affordable and helps gives u and your family the family time needed

Just left the Y in fall river Massachusetts. Young girl with curly brown hair and a nose piercing is working. I'm paying tomorrow for a membership she wanted to charge me 14 dollars ? for today to work out!! ??... Yesterday I came a older women was working with a C for the first letter in her name. She was great gave me the paperwork and said your all set to work out today hears the locker room code and the paperwork for membership. I politely thanked her for her help. Today the chick just sits there and twirls her hair looks at me sideways like yah 14 bucks hand out SMH ? ? oh my I got no problem paying 5 bucks for the day til my membership is put thru tomorrow.... Now a nice walk home in the rain !!! Urghh

I have been going here for about 3 weeks now and I love it! It is very clean, has a variety of work out equipment, classes and a pool! Everyone I have met here has been so helpful since I am so clueless when starting something new. I appreciate them and this facility.

Great YMCA. Nice people and great workout and cardio rooms. They easily accommodated for my father and I to use the back workout rooms for stretching. I will definitely be coming back.

My 6 year old boy was treated very bad in front of me by the swimming pool lifeguard when he took the same gear that was used by another child from my son with out any reason but the other child is ok but my child is not okMy kid cry and he hates the Y and when I complain to the front desk they did nothingAnd as my son won’t go back to the Y anymore I had to cancel my membership they did it noting it only need it an apology to my kid from the lifeguard but they prefer to cancel my membership rather than apologizing
