So on Wednesday I had made my first stop to Family Dollar after my semester has started so I just came from BCC I go I bought some supplies and one of the females who rang me up I guess didn’t deactivate some of my items so I was beeping one of the workers Very slim 40 years old she said snatch the bag told me I stole literally didn’t even asked me just told me I opened up my bag I let her see that there is nothing there it’s actually the bag that I just purchased that is beeping she tossed with me she hit me on my lip on my lip was bleeding I had called Fall River police it took 3 to Four hours nobody yet days later had called me I literally was assaulted by this employee accused of stealing and she was in the wrong not me!!! She was mocking me shaking her behind shaking Sticking out her tongue and after when she realized she was wrong And I told her I was calling the police that’s when she called her manager But like I said a 0 to Fall River police for not helping me Saying that they had more serious calls so assaults from an employee wasn’t that serious but I bet you if I was stealing they would of came . The disrespect of how she handled it yelling. There were multiple customers all shaking their head she needs to be fired whoever the manager is she needs to actually be at work and see what is going on with her employees I was embarrassed and I also was assaulted I’ve been trying to call to get in touch with her for days I really don’t wanna go there because I’m afraid But please do not go there find somewhere else to shop I think they have a lot of stuff there but just accusing people that actually went in and bought Items is ridiculous I was embarrassed and I had no one to help me!!! Corporate will be hearing about this!!!

Shut them down, horrible and dirty. new store set up is awful you can fit down isles and yet they dump all supplies in every isles so you can even get down the isle it's a wonder no one has fallen or gotten hurt. And I know it own by the same company but they sell dollar tree stuff for more money, not good family dollar.

The store manager is mean , Chrissy is awful to her employees! I don't know how she has a job there still, very rude to customers, she seems so miserable and hates her job taking it out on employees and customers, jen is also a mini version of the store manager so sad to see a young person taking after an awful person. I would drive across town before giving my business to this place so sad so poorly ran

The girl working right now has no customer service she's horrible stocking those shelves are more important as well

The most organized and clean Family Dollar I've ever been to. The management knows their inventory and they are very helpful if you need help finding anything.

I found bite marks on a bag of chips and the staff did not care! That is a big health issue and people can get sick. Terrible!

It’s my daughter’s 10th birthday. I order some balloons from her birthday. I went to the store to blow them up. It was denied because I didn’t purchase the balloons. That’s is unfortunate. I go to the Family Dollar all the time and the first person I talk to is more than willing to do it. I guess the supervisor or the person that they worked with told her not to.

If you need to return something bring a receipt, the manager doesnt understand basic math and is unaware of how their return policy actually works. Seriously, don't bother trying. You would have a better chance of getting blood from a stone.
