I went in here for literally two things never had a bad experience and this Spanish woman I’m only referring to her as Spanish because a.) she was the only spanish person on shift there today Saturday October 19, 2024 first shift i asked her where the razors were because they were not out on any of the shelves i circled the entire store ten times before bothering her because she looked like she was writing something down mind you she had ear buds on, i walked up very politely asking” excuse me “ the look of death is what i got from this woman like as if i was bothering her life i still gave her the benefit of the doubt and asked what isle are the razors in and she stared at me like i had five heads or as if i was speaking in tounges gave me the dirty eat look and completely ignored my question, thats when another associate kindly pointed behind the counter and showed me where they were. I have never felt so disrespected for no reason at all. Im not sure how you can urk someone that bad by politely asking where the razors are but they need to hire some decent people at that store i wont be going to that one anymore i will drive ten minutes out of my way to avoid being treated like trash

Not my type of dollar store. I thought the prices would be budget friendly but it’s the opposite. Otherwise the elderly cashier is always sweet.

Not the most organized or stocked family dollar I've been in, but the young man at the register was very friendly and helpful. It's certainly worth taking a look and picking up a few things. Prices were great on the items I bought. There is plenty of parking but the store is pretty busy.

Store is ALWAYS a mess. literally everytime. Idk which staff it is but one of the cashier's there is constantly rude. She has an attitude, never says one word to you, has a cocky look on her face the entire time as she's tapping her nails at you like you're not moving fast enough for her. It's sad because there are other employees there that do do there job and are very polite. Those other so called "employees" you have that behave in the manner I described above make me and others not even want to step foot in Stafford rd Family Dollar. Which sucks for me because it's an inconvenience to have to drive all the way down north just to not deal with those employees and the mess! They need to rehire management or maybe retrain them. Enough said though, RANT OVER!

I have been discriminated at this store location. The assistant store manager was so RUDE and kept telling me to shut up and not speak in his store. And went ahead and told me if I had a problem to do what ever I wanted. I have never been treated the way this man “assistant store manager west”. I do not recommend this store to anyone in the area. If he has done this to myself begin a paying customer as others are. Discrimination is real and hurtful. Wish they would help me be a better person and appreciate he has a job. I would love this to be reviewed because if he spoke to me like this and I’m a professional he could do it to anyone else who goes to this store to purchase. May god bless mr west and help him be a better person.
