Made an appointment, arrived and was told that it could be 2 hours. I asked what was the purpose of the appointment and that it was a simple flat repair. The manager got rude and said she didn't need my business. Will never go there again.

Was told the grinding sound my car was making was brakes and calipers, trusted the work to be done would fix the problem
Paid almost $1500, new brakes and caliper
Sound persists, and it turns out it was just rotar dust shields. Could have put new shields on for a negligible amount once they were already working on the car, but ended up leaving without the initial issue taken care of at all.
Would be a one star, but I suppose they did technically put new brakes on, despite that not being the cause of the sound.

If I could give 0 stars to this place I would, I had gotten out of work and realized I had a flat tire and needed a plug to get it fix, I got inside they said they couldn't help me because they were to busy and were closing soon, I begged them to please help me because I lived an hour away and wouldn't make it home but still said no. So I decided to offer 50 dollars if they would help me and put a plug on the tire and immediately one of the guys got up and said yes. It's so evil that I had to offer more money so humanity will help someone in need so evil people just don't care anymore. Imagine what scams they do in this establishment horrible place !!!!!!đbut God don't like evil and someday they will need help karma will come !!!

I made an appointment online on a sunday, for the following tuesday for a tire changeover. Noted "TPMS replacement" in the notes. I came in fully expecting to pay for 4 new sensors as the nuts holding my old ones in were split and the o-rings were leaking air, and i just wanted new ones.
The guy at the desk read the notes and seemed confused, then said he'd have to order them from an auto parts store for the following day as it was too late to get them, i guess an entire business day notice wasn't enough, okay. So I had mentioned i had TPMS service kits which i bought from a parts supplier which included new o rings and nuts. He refused to install them as they were "customer supplied parts" and insisted i pay $130 a sensor and wait until the next day. OE denso's are 81$ and parts store ones are ~$50. Markup much? I ended up just driving away and spending close to 200$ to have 4 of my own supplied tires mounted and balanced, with leaking valve stems to boot. What's more unsafe, using customer supplied parts to avoid a tire failure and make up for a managerial failure, or making me drive away with leaks on 3 of 4 tires, almost guaranteeing one goes flat and the sensor falls inside?

Went there this Halloween to get my power steering and breaks looked at and dropped it off for a few hours I'm getting my keys I saw my driver side window all the way down and the next morning found out my break fluid was drained and not refilled and a break pad was missing unbelievable and pretty criminal if you ask me

I went there because I hit some thing or a tire blew just 1 not 2 and I needed to repair a flat tire after needing to go to work and scared no garages were open. I was given one choice for tires which was $900 for two had to replace it had no tire valves on the tires they gave me and then had to go back Because immediately on the other side, it was flat like they just rotated them and didnât put the second one on and then after having to check that whole area in the first place, I am told now on the other side of the car I have a dent in the rim, which was not the issue I had on the first side, which was the original side of the issue. So I know I canât get my money back, but if you donât have a cheaper car, do not go here just wait for your car dealership to be open or a trusted garage pep boys , town fair tire for the win for tires though this place is a rip off and unprofessional in the garage . Also try telling me To just drive on my car to reset my sensors When I have to have tire sensors installed in my tires or switched from my old tires so ya got played wonât be back

Went in today to get my car looked at. Was greeted by an angry hefty looking man that said he doesnât do anything electrical and to take my car to the Quincy location because he wasnât going to help me. I went into the shop today in a great mood and hopeful, just for it to be crushed by this man who very clearly is used to talking to people however he wants and probably beats his wife

The absolute worst!!! Went there for a noise my car was making, they stated it was transmission mounts, told them to fix it, and then they said i was overdue for fluid change, also accepted the recommendation, turned out they did not do the fluids, and the noise wasn't even from the transmission mounts, as i received the car back i stated the noise was still there and wasn't fair to be billed $800 for something that didn't get fixed. Mechanic answered i can take it off and put the old one if you want. I explained to him that the noise was coming from somewhere else than the transmission, yet he insisted it was internal.. long and behold i took my car else where and it was a broken CV Axle (the general area i said)..

Set an appointment for an oil change a week in advance, they called after I dropped the car off to tell me they didnât have the oil, I came to get the car and they told me they did have the oil and did a free oil change, turns out they never gave me an oil change at all and lied. Sat there waiting for 4 hours for that. Got new tires that same day and one popped a month later. Luckily they were on warranty but even with an appointment I say there for 2 1/2 hours waiting for them to change one tire.
