This location has maintained better during the holiday season. I tried to go to the one at the mall in dartmouth and was not even able to walk down the isle as they are so tightly placed. The fall river location has a good staff, better maintained, and larger isles for ease of the customer

Giving five stars because the young lady who manned the registers was super friendly she even offered to ring me up which one graciously accepted because working for free shouldn't be a thing.

Pretty good size for a five below but some of the check out machines were broken it wasn’t much of a problem though. also if you are cute core or really like hello kitty and hatsune miku then go to five below

I saw online that five below had mugs that look like the Stanley mugs . I Purchased online for store pick up , at the Fall River location. They only had white so that’s what I purchased. Next day I went to pick it up & it had no straw. Manager came to the front and she said it was the last one and she felt very bad. She offered to give it to me for half price I said no and said I’d rather get my money back. she was very apologetic and said if you like give me your phone number and if we get another shipment in I will save you one. I said I would rather have the peach color if they get any. A few days later she called me and said she saved one it was in the office. She went above and beyond to make me happy. I appreciate her kindness and just wanted it to be known . Excellent people skills , and I can see she is very successful at her job. I did not get her name but I will definitely be back to your store . Thank you !
