I have been going to Henry's for many years. They are always honest and professional. They handle everything with care and are the best as far as having things ready when they say they will. Its hard to find a place that you can trust with your vehicle but Henry's is definitely one of those places.

Update!!! Talk about night and day! This time around I would have to give them below 0 if the rating system allowed. Broke my keys and lied about it. In fact, they tried blaming me! Here’s the funny part. The missing piece was left on my armrest! Luckily I was able to snap it back together and all was well. Secondly they couldn’t clear the service notification on the dashboard? Umm…🤔 maybe it’s me, but isn’t that also part of the service package? I was told to take it to the dealership to get it reset! Err…newsflash, that’s why I brought it to you! Service it and reset the dashboard so I can get back to business! Claimed the button on the steering wheel was broken so it couldn’t be reset. Extremely disappointing customer service experience and very distressing mechanical service support especially the cost associated with the service. I’m almost afraid to drive it due to the level of incompetence. Nope. Can’t recommend these jokers. Oh guess what? I googled how to reset the dashboard and I was able to clear the notification myself. Ridiculous!
First visit review. Took a little while to coordinate the appointment but after that, everything was smooth sailing! Well…so far. 😬 Price point was beyond reasonable considering what the dealership was trying to rob from me! 😡 The turnaround time was perfect; the technicians were incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. Would highly recommend Henry’s Tire for your future automotive service needs!

I paid over $1200.00 for tires just for them to ruin my rear rims. They took out a chunk on each rim. This is not ok. You know the tech who placed my tires knew he did this. Of course they don't say anything and hope the customer doesn't notice. When we confronted them, Jason denied it was done there. Even though there is grease right where the damage was done. He just kept on saying the machine couldn't do that. But it must have happened when they were doing something else like trying to get the lug nuts or tires off. Obviously it was done by something in the shop. IT IS BAD ENOUGH IT HAPPENED BUT DENYING IT AND NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY SHOWS YOU WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE THEY ARE. THEY ALWAYS DENY WHEN THEY HAVE DONE SOMETHING WRONG, TRY TO POINT FINGERS. I will NEVER return!
IN REPONSE TO THE REPLY: THIS IS NOT CURB RASH AS YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THE GREASE MARKS NEAR THE DAMAGE. WHAT CURB LEAVES GREASE MARKS?SAME DAMAGE ON BOTH REAR TIRES. ON THE SPOKES, A FEW INCHES UP ON THE RIM NOT THE EDGE OF RIM WEAR CURB RASH HAPPENS. (HOW DO YOU WORK IN A TIRE SHOP AND NOT KNOW THIS) DAMAGE WAS DONE IN THEIR SHOP. THEY ARE TRYING TO SAY IT IS ROAD RASH BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WANT TO COMPENSATE ME FOR THE DAMAGE. GOOD LUCK WITH HAVING BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES BECAUSE THEY ARE GOING TO HAVE A LOT OF EXPLAINING TO DO TO CUSTOMERS.

I can say my experience was great. They had quoted me two prices and after the Installation of the new tire I paid less than originally quoted.

WILL RETURN!! FRIENDLY staff and quick service! Went in for tire repair. Brought in my new tire for mounting and balancing. Had my car back In a timely manner! no problems to speak of!! Thank you, Henry's tire!!
