Usually go to an accountant but he retired so I went here. I worked with a younger girl who honestly, completely messed up my taxes. She first told me I owed $500 then it went down to $89, which sounds great but it wasn't. I went to pay online for all my taxes and she ended up never getting a voucher she was supposed to include in my packet. I went back to the office and Lisa, who was helpful at first, let me know she would Amend my taxes because they were completely messed up by the first girl. That was last Sunday. It is now Friday and I still have not heard from her. I have called 3 different offices and left 3 messages for Lisa to get back to me and not a word. I'm getting really worried. Lisa is the manager of a couple HR Blocks apparently so I understand she's busy but not getting back to a client after calling multiple times is not right. I will not be going back here again. I already paid like $300 for these taxes to be done so I cant just go back to somewhere else and I am worried I will need to pay on the 15th, if I need to pay because HR Block waited too long to communicate back to me. Overall, Horrible experience.

I would like to thank the INCREDIBLE TEAM at this location you Ladies are amazing, helpful,and so compassionate! I had come in after a fallout at Liberty Tax in Milford, Mass. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed with smiling faces and me being a complete and utter emotional mess due to my experience and recent events. What did they do? They set me up with the Expert Pro Tax Preparer Lisa M. Whom gave me her undivided attention and showed me better understanding than I had ever received at Liberty Tax. If you’re looking for advice or tax preparation, LOOK NO FURTHER this is the PLACE!! I’ll be coming back for sure!!! Again thank you so much for even helping me with a letter I had received from the IRS and had a 24 hour turn around. God Bless Your Team of Ladies! Lisa M I appreciate you!

It shows you have Rhonda for virtual but I was told she no longer works there? She has been doing my taxes for years and she is absolutely amazing and it was a big disappointment she is no longer there. But if she is why tell me otherwise? If she is not why is her image still up saying she is doing virtual? Either way this is very upsetting and needs to be clarified for the people who actually stay with the same tax consultant. Very confusing and wrong wither way.

Drove here to get my taxes done at 5 and was told someone else booked at 5 and they confirmed so they get the appt. I received a call and voicemail the same day stating my appt was for said time… why wouldn’t they just call me and tell me that someone else got the appointment because they confirmed even though I HAD the appointment scheduled since dec???? Sorry but the communication is not right & this deserves exactly what it’s getting, 1 star. 👎🏻

Terrible. Would give 0 if I could. I had a lot of issues with my taxes so I brought them in to this branch and the woman said I would not be able to file an extension (lie) and told me to not reschedule because I was taking up someone else's spot that really needs their taxes done.....don't go here.

Didn’t help maximize my refund. your basic online tax platform asked me more questions to maximize my refund than the CPA did here. Only this year am I finding out that I’ve been eligible for certain adjustments for years. Can’t believe I paid $150 every year when a free online service did a more thorough job.

My experience was okay. Just thought things could’ve been explained better. It was rushed in my opinion, and not like my previous experience with another H&R Block. They asked me to fill out a survey in which I did in MY honest opinion. Today I received a confrontational call from the H&R Block representative who gave me an attitude about my survey. Don’t ask customers to fill out a survey if you don’t want their opinion. One opinion isn’t going to make or break your career. WILL NOT be going back H&R for my taxes after that phone call.
